      If purchasing a new or used vehicle do not purchase anything from this company, they ripped me off and sold me a vehicle that was in 2 car accidents which I was not aware of. After having my car for 2 months my whole strut came disconnected from my car. I called the company I explained everything they basically told me that they can't help me out. 1st cause I didn't purchase a warranty through them which was NOT offered. So I had my car towed to a mechanic I needed a whole new strut, a sway bar link, & a brake line. So I bought the parts he did the work after took it for a test drive it was wobbly hard they took it back to the shop n lifted it and they told me the whole front suspension is bent that this vehicle was in a accident. So I called the manager ***************************** and explained everything so he knew that much damage he knew he had to get me into something else so he said he have a salesman get in touch with me to start the process with application. Next day I called cause nobody got in touch with me. I talked to ****** again I explained and he started to help me so him and I called the bank that financed me and had my Jetta paid off. Then he tells me to give him 1 hour to see what he can do to find me something else. He never called me in that hour. So the next day I called and this time I talked to ***, he asked me if I had any money to put down for a down payment. I replied no I shouldn't have to put anything down that they need to come for the Jetta that was my trade in. He was rude and told me that kinda damage couldn't have happened there at the dealership so they saying I did this damage to my car. So I'm stuck paying for a vehicle that I can't even drive

      They did $900 in damage and not there lying and saying they didnt even work on my car when they did they lied about how long it stayed here and now I got to pay outta pocket

      I have been a customer for more than 15yrs. Last yr I took hummer2 to get computer replacement I paid $886.00. When I picked it up I noticed thick tape on all windows I figured it would come off when I washed it but it didn't so I called n then I took it back as soon as I could. When I did I left it there a few days later I got told someone was crushing it. When I went to go pick it up they claim they don't know how or who or what happened to my Hummer2. Told me to go find it. I called state police n made a report. I think u guys should pay what u guys owe for giving my Hummer2 to someone while in ur care

      Deceptive sales practice when selling vehicle. Purchased 2021 Ram ****. On reviewing options and accessories noted no Electric Brake in Tow Package. Needed for me to pull RV.Told Saleman vehicle would not be any good to me without Electric Brake. We agreed on purchase of aftermarket Prodigy 2, for ****** dollars. I was amenable to that. After installation I was charged ****** dollars. Informed Salesman and he told me would resolve it. It has been two months and keep being referred to someone who will take of it and reimburse me. Nothing has happened yet!
