WORST car buying experience I have ever had the displeasure of doing!!! My deal was tossed around 6 times to 6 different people not having a clue of what was even going on with the deal. Then I had to schedule my own appointment for the wrap and order my own wrap after they had said its already been scheduled (liars). On top of that then I've been calling since October to get the rest of my contract satisfied with no response from ***** who has made many promises and everytime. I call ******* he's not there or too busy to call back. I don't recommend anyone to ever buy a vehicle from ************* they talk a big game but don't haVe any backing and don't deliver.update November 20th 2023 called the car dealership they told me that if I take off the one star review down they will honor the deal after talking to ***** he said that he knows nothing of the deal which we had a gentleman's agreement and he said that if it's not in writing they will not honor it so I urge each and every one of you reading this that anything you do with this car dealership get it all in writing doesn't matter what it is shady doesn't come close to describing this car dealership Update : is January 26 emails were sent voice mails were left and still no response, and now another issue came up our **** that was surpose to be replaced (which I have in writing) wasn't and is broken with no way of ****ing up the car next to the roadReview from jolene M

I got a car a few months ago. Its transmission is already giving out. They refuse to do anything to help me. All they tried to do was sell me another car. I even bought extra warranty and I was told it would be good for ******* miles, after I drive the car off the lot. The car already had almost ****** miles on it. I was not given a buyers guide and there was not a carfax for the car. I went there after they said they wanted to try to help me get a different car. The whole time I kept mentioning that I was trading in the car and I even put my extra key on the table. I talked about how we needed to clean the car out since it was being traded in. The salesman basically just went along with it. When it was time to sign the papers, I realized that I was in fact, buying another car. I questioned it and the salesman immediately changed his attitude toward me. IReview from Cameron Alton C

The person in finance sexist as in thinks that women are inferior to men and was pompous disrespectful ignorant POS and so unprofessional and is seeming to be careless in the way he carries himself and the way he treats people as well as does his job poorly he did nothing but mistreat my wife once we had finished up with sales and had to package up the rest and sign all the deal documents with him and he also acts similar to a school yard bully is childish and seems to have no respect for women as he repeatedly said and did everything he could to push my wife out of things was rude to her disrespectful to her and sat there treating her like garbage and blew her off and in the end wound up causing her to have a bit of a nervous mental breakdown as well as a serious emotional breakdown and it is still not over she's still going thru that now 1 week later due to all the things he Said to her and honestly none of the Things that happened with him and my wife sits right with me and I am not happy with the finance department due to this and I hope this won't happen to anyone else like it did my wife and I not to mention the finance guy keeps having to have us go back in every other day cuz of papers he forgot to have us sign. They are also very discriminatory towards individuals with disabilities like myself. Not to mention, they have repeatedly been calling me nonstop since the beginning of September, trying to sell me another car after selling me the one I have now on a loan in July. The car they sold me has had problems non stop since I bought it. The moment I went to drive it off the lot it had the tpms sensor light on and stating tpms sensor fault, 3 weeks later two tires had to be replaced on it cuz they blew out and the dealer said all 4 tires were brand new yet I'm gonna have to replace the other two next month and by then all 4 have had to be replaced that were so called brand new. Not to mention the dealership is running my credit 15 times a day since SeptemberReview from Zena Z

I would like to warn others about Reliable Nissan. I recently purchased a 2022 Pathfinder from this dealership and it was the worst sales experience I have ever had at a Nissan dealership and this is the 4th Nissan I have owned. The sales department and finance department are very shady. They changed the price of the vehicle 3 times before we settled on a final price but I say come with your best offer first and avoid the back and forth which wasted so much time. I ordered running boards to be installed on the vehicle and figure out that I was being severely overcharged for them. Running boards for my vehicle are $750 and this dealership was charging me $1600, I requested a refund which they did give me in a form of a check. My new finance company called me to verify my information and I found out that one of the managers misinformed my finance company about my income, they lied and told the finance company I received additional income for being a disabled veteran which is false. I am a Veteran, but I never told them I was disabled or received additional income. I phoned the finance person and he said yes, they did put that information on my application and asked me to just go along with their lie, which I refused to do. The day of my purchase, I was at the dealership until 10:00 PM at night because of so much wasted time on the sales department part. They were so desperate to make the sale, I felt like I was being held hostage there. The vehicle had about 113 miles on it and when I was signing my paperwork, they listed 15 miles, when I questioned this, they pulled out another form which stated the vehicle had over 100 miles which would make it used not new. Please be extra careful when doing business with this dealership, read all your paperwork carefully and if it feels like a bad deal, just walk out, that is what I should have done.
