      I had bought a brand new 2023 Eclipse cross from Fiesta Mitsubishi 6 months ago. I had went in July 19 for my first oil change and on July 26 I noticed my car was leaking oil and smoking heavily. When I opened the hood, oil was all over everywhere, mainly the engine and found the oil cap where latch is for hood. We checked the oil with photo and video proof, there was no oil on the dipstick. In the morning we got the car towed over to the dealership in which they proceeded to say that there was still a lot of oil and that I should be okay. The General manager was so unprofessional and even through keys at me, making me feel like it was my fault. I’m so mortified with the level of disrespect the GM Ray R*** had displayed.

      To briefly summarize my experience, I purchased a car in October. But because my English is not very good and I am Chinese, the salesperson did not introduce the car information to me, they just asked me to sign a pile of papers and bought 3 CAR CARE PLAN for for me total **** dollars without my knowledge. . After I came home and found out, I wanted to cancel these 3 CAR CARE PLAN. The salesperson from MITSUBISHI promised me in the email that they would help me cancel these 3 CAR CARE PLAN, but they did not cancel it, and they did not teach me how to do it, Cancellation and the process of cancellation. They broke their promise.I thought they helped me cancel, but they didn't. They Just let the time pass. At the beginning of November, I suddenly became very suspicious that they had not canceled, so I wrote them an email, but they didn't even reply to my email. So I drove to MITSUBISHI , *** by myself, and fount out that they did not cancel it. But at this time, the time for cancellation has passed, and these CARE Plans have taken effect.I feel like they took advantage of me that i am not a native speaker, i do not fully understand what they are talking, i do not the process of buying a car, i do not know the process of how to finance a car, so they did everything they could without my permission. also they took advantage of my desire of wanting to own a car, and just asked me sign papers.
