I went to three crosses auto body because of the good reviews. Originally they were very helpful and willingness to help do some body work on my **** VW vanagon. However two months after the work around the sliding door was done, their work started to crack out. I was on a road trip in the van and wasnt able to take it to them. So I called and talked to them about it and they said they would warranty the work because it had only been a couple of months. I said I would be back in ********** for another 6 months or so and they said thats fine bring it in when you get back to town. I ended up bring the van to them when I got back into town and they said well we got a new owner but we should be able to do the work still. So I dropped it off for 2 weeks giving them plenty of time to slip it in the shop and patch it up. However, when I went to go pick it up they havent even started to fix it. So they gave me the usual story of being really busy and asked if I could leave it for another week. So I did. Then when I went to go pick it up today they said the new owner wont let them warranty the work and it would cost 500 dollars to fix the body work. He also told me that he tried to call but didnt have the right number. I know he had my right number because it was written on his desk calendar. Their excuses of why they let it sit for a month without doing anything didnt line up with the real time line at all. Then after taking the van home I noticed how they did start on the body work repairs and now it looks worse than when I brought it to them. with new owners not warranting the work of their employees is very unprofessional and unethical. The same employees were in the shop today that were there when the work was first done. Needless to say I will never go back and never recommend this auto body shop again.
