              I purchased a used washer with a 3 month warranty from Jasso’s Appliances on August 18th 2021. It was supposed to be delivered that evening, which didn’t happen. It wasn’t delivered until the afternoon of the next day after many attempts to contact the person who sold it to me. He had given me a couple different delivery promises but didn’t uphold them. After it was set up and he left I ran a load of clothes but the washer didn’t function properly so I text him to let him know, to which he replied he was out of town and couldn’t do anything until the next day. I had to make contact with him to which he replied he was busy, so I went to his business to try to work things out, he was going to give me another washer but couldn’t deliver until the evening which he never did. He said he would bring it the first delivery in the morning, that didn’t happen either and I’ve text and called him but now I’m not getting any response at all. I’ve been very patient but he keeps putting me off!

              The only reason for giving them 1 star is that I don't have a 0 star option. "Fixed" an appliance for me, it broker again, Moses ******************** lied to me and told me that one part was replaced, then when I called him back, he told me he had to replace the same part, I called him on that, he then became very difficult to find and got angry when my repeated calls and texts were "******* him. Not good to his word, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!
