I started April 5 2022. They told me that no Aircon or AC until May with no date until date ako was to have *** Its 80 degrees inside the apartment. The office told me to us a fan until we open the *** The music from the other side of the wall is too loud. The steps on the ceiling is a lot loud. This is the worse apartment. Pls dont ever try to see this or call this apartment. Thanks

I resided at Candlelight Square Apartments for 9 months. 1) They never answer the office phone (try calling it) 2) They threatened to charge me a non-compliance fee for not being able to service my apartment fire extinguisher on the day of inspection (I was on a business trip when they put the Notice to Enter on my front door). 3) They made sure to use every ***** of my $250 Deposit when I moved out. Then they charged me for additional things like touch-up paint, unit cleaning fee, carpet *************** drip pans (which were replaced prior to me moving out.) As a former resident, I do not dispute my prior utility charges for water, sewer, trash & recycling. ****, I'm not even disputing the Blind Slat fee for 1 broken slat (generously; however, they charged me for 3 broken slats). Nonetheless, I will not be paying Candlelight Square Apartments an additional $112.15 for cleaning services. I'd rather file a Complaint in District Court to try to recoup the $147.85 they owe me & any punitive damages that a Judge may see fit for me having to take time off work.Please note that I am only reaching out to the BBB because my apartment was left in pristine **************** are slumlords for keeping every ***** of my deposit. They should be ashamed of their business practices.
