            We purchased a new hot water heater from this company 2 weeks ago. The technician who put it in (Dean) has had to come back 4 times already to fix air in the water line which makes the pipes shake violently every time we turn on the water either hot or cold. The 1st two times he came back he said the "pressure" in the tank was off and he reset it, the 3rd time he came back he said there was grime/grit in the pipe that he installed so he cleaned it out. All this and we still have air in the line. It's damaging our dishwasher and shower badly because of all the jerking and spurting of water every time we try to take a shower and/or do the dishes. Now "Dean" wants us to pay another $450 for a pressure valve that he says is not related to the hot water heater at all. This hot water heater cost $3,060 that we had to finance. If it was Winter time these pipes would burst due to the Colorado extreme Winters. We'd like the company to replace with new water heater or comp valve please.
