            On 8/28/2023 - I asked company B Carlson Heating/Cooling/Plumbing to provide an estimate to fix a leak in my property at **** ******* ***** ** ************ ** *****. That morning, a technician from the company called me to say he had arrived to do the estimate. I told him just give me an estimate but do not start work without my permission. Because I was getting multiple estimates to do comparison shopping. Later that day - the technician called to say he had cut through the ceiling tiles. The technical did the work without my approval. I did not give him the permission to cut the tiles. The work was unauthorized. However - the company charged me for the unauthorized work for $293 + tax. See invoice attached.

            We paid for a Service contract for our heating and cooling. We have used B Carlson for over 15 years. They advertise "Fix right day or night" on their web site and have always had emergency service. With the service contract whenever we have had an issue they have had someone out for service either the same or the next day. Our Breezeaire cooler, that B. Carlson installed for us, stopped working this morning. When we called first thing in the morning we were told that it was almost a month before they could give us an appointment. This is in 100 degree plus weather. It has been over an hour since I asked to talk to a manager and no one has called back. They are no longer providing the service they advertise and I find their attitude toward customers totally unacceptable. We will no longer be using this company.
