            Purchased a Vigo Callaway Shower Panel from Home Depot on 09FEB2016, model #VG08010. Product comes with Lifetime Warranty of finish, as specified at the following company website: *******************************/ . Notified manufacturer (Vigo Industries) of Lifetime finish failure, and they replied that they changed their Lifetime Warranty to 5 years on 6/1/23. Today, more than 8 months after the fact, their website still claims Lifetime warranty. And ironically, the same page contrasts their warranty as superior to "Competitors," which--wait for it--is only 5 years. They are well aware that their website is inaccurate, and yet they continue to promote a Lifetime warranty but do not back up their product. This is a deceptive trade practice.

            Vigo says 5 yr warranty on Cartridge. After many emails and Vigo sending Video on how to clean cartridge! Really after 4 Years need receipt n short video!Only Vigo sells cartridge! I stated to *** customer service I will throw faucet out for a different brand then buy from Vigo!
