I bought 4 vehicles with no problem, thats when ******** and ***** worked there. Bought another vehicle and in October of 2021, and the rear control arms rusted out and broke off. I called the dealership and was informed by **** ( the salesman) and who actually sold us the vehicle that it was under warranty and that they would take care of fixing it. But that I had to pay for the towing to have it towed from ************* ** to ************** **. which I did, plus I have to pay $100.00 for the deductible. **** was no help and very rude. I had asked for a loner car, and his rude respond was we dont have loner car. But when ***** or ******** was working there and I had a problem with my car, they would provide me with a loner. I had to pay a family member to let me borrow their vehicle until I can get mine back. After waiting for a week and the mechanic waiting to get a response from April I had to do my own research to find the warranty companys name and phone number (AVP). I called only to find out that no claim was entered, even though the mechanic did summit the claim. 3 weeks later the warranty company (AVP) finally approved the repair, but because what broke off was only the rear control arm, which has to be taken apart, they do not want to pay for the wheel alignment, which is needed for the vehicle to run smoothly on the road and not wear out the tires. I called Harris automotive again and was transferred to **** and I explained to him the reason why it should have been cover, he got upset and said h*** call the mechanic. He later called me to inform me that he call the warranty company (AVP) and was told they do not cover it. While I was talking to ****, yes I was upset because of all the hassle and runaround I was getting. I was explaining it again and very rudely he kept interrupting me that I had to ask him if he was going to let me talk. He said yes then proceeded to hang up the phone.
