motorcycle accident classic ****** ******** almost 40 years old under doctors care for heart attack accident happen Sunday afternoon knocked out woke up in ambulance never saw bike in which i love six broken ribs brain contusion little bleeding on brain several bumps and scratches x-rays ct scans could have easily died from accident (still worried about my classic ****** that has never in its life seen rain) called Flynns towing while still in hospital Thursday to check on my bike definitely shocked by the five hundred forty dollar charge in which was already accumulated asking about my bike to see how it was being taken care (inside outside under cover what) that seem to upset the lady who answered thinking maybe its me upset about bike and on so many drugs for pain anti seizure and such i called back and apologized after being released from hospital i had a friend drive by tow yard had paperwork to released motorcycle to insurance company to tow to repair shop and maybe get a look at my baby , they were closed i look around to try and see bike no luck.(did not open any gates or doors) Monday new day i then took paperwork for release I was calm giving lady whatever she needed paperwork licence such , once again i mention can i look at my motorcycle they said they had construction going on so i cant see it i ask is my bike under construction they said no then a big guy six foot three or more (I am five foot six and sixty three years old )steps in and starts yelling at me loudly feeling very intimidated i raised my voice back at him telling him i had a heat attack and i have six broken ribs and a brain contusion and why are you treating me like this and he yells back at me that he did not wreck my bike.all i wanted to do is see my baby since i have not seen it since accident they still would not let me see bike and i cant imagine why I am sixty three years old and have never been so abused by anyone in my life and i would like an apology customer service ? thanks
