I developed a severe allergic reaction to the immediate effects cream and plant base eye gel. Although I cleaned my face thoroughly before bed, I awake at night with severe sneezing episode. The next day my eyes are puffy and itchy and I continue to sneeze.I occasionally used these products and each time developed the same symptoms. Although I explained this to your telemarketers and canceled my subscription, I am still harassed by phone calls and emails.The discomfort I have experienced with your product deserves a zero star rating.Chamonix Response

I'm sick and tired of all the sales calls. I ordered one time from genucel.com and now this company won't stop calling. I have requested multiple times for them to stop and they don't. I even asked to be removed from call log and they hung up on me. Don't buy from them. Totally unreasonable and rude.Chamonix Response

I ordered the product with multiple products on 11.29.2022 for a Christmas Present. I must have j clicked to do a 30-day auto ship - but did not realize it because it was a discount coupon. I gave the gift to my wife on Xmas day and tried the products for a few days - they ALL made my skin RED, BURN AND IRRITATED. IM NOT SURE WHAT IS IN THEM BUT SHE IS ALLERGIC.She tried calling customer service on 1/2/2022 but they were closed for the Holiday. She sent them an email - then on 1/3/2022 after coming home to a surprise box of the same product on the porch called and talked to *********************************** at customer service (she was very nice and tried to help). They are allowing me a refund for the 2nd shipment and sent me a RMA and label for return of both, but will not give me a refund for the 1st shipment because the auto shipment started. I would have returned sooner and stopped the auto shipment HAD I KNOWN THERE WAS ONE. I am asking for both to be refunded since I cannot use the products. INV#******** & ********Chamonix Response

I ordered products on a subscription plan but was not informed about policy/procedure to cancel the plan. There was no information about their policy in my package,, either After! After using the products for over 3 weeks I decided they didn't do as advertised. I figured I'd wait for them to email me about my next shipment, then I'd cancel. That email never came, and package was delivered. I called them and their rigid policy was explained. No help. I marked the package "Return to Sender" and sent it back. But they won't refund me. I can only get a credit at their store for my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!Chamonix Response

Sleazy company. You buy the product, which doesn't work (gave me dry/red/irritated skin around my eyes), then charge you without warning 60 days later and tell you no refunds are allowed. This is their business model.Avoid this company at all costs. No web portal, no customer interface. You have to call them, which of course gives them a chance to talk you out of canceling. It's all constructed to get people to unwittingly agree to a subscription, then hope they forget until the new charge is made 60 days later, at which point they tell you it's non-refundable. Companies like this shouldn't exist, they prey on people and take their money. Absolutely disgusting.Chamonix Response

An order was placed on 11/26/2021 via www.genucel.com that is an automatic shipment for every 60 days. The second order was processed on 1/25/22 for the same package. Customer would have had to call to cancel future shipments. Less than one star review! I didnt know i was signing up and would have to pay for another shipment until it arrived! Contacted them and got the you signed up and got free stuff by agreeing to shipments every two months! (Missed that tidbit somewhere in their promotion apparently (sarcasm)). Said I could get a company credit! I dont want a company credit, I want my money back! They then said they would cancel any further shipments but after reading these reviews Im not sure I believe them! So I will contact my credit card company to be sure!!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!I agree with R.U.s review and others below as well.Chamonix Response

Customer was contacted by phone and email and given a Return Merchandise Authorization to return package back for a refund.An order was placed on 5.13.2021 on www.genucel.com that is an automatic shipment for every 60 days. The second order was processed on 7.12.2021 for the same package. Customer would have had to call or contact **************** to cancel future shipments. Same thing as the tons of reviews complaining of repeat charges and shipments. Product simply didn't work as advertised. Second shipment I rec'd I did not order , they claim I checked the auto ship box. I requested that they do *** ship any more product to me and no further charges to my card and asked for refund . Was told only way to refund was to receive "store credit"! If I tell you your product doesn't work why in the world would I want store credit for more useless product. Since I made this request I have received countless e-mail offers , clearance offers thru the mail and rude telemarketing calls to my cell phone from them. What part of ** don't you understand?Very ******* company , ***** BEWARE!
