      Worst flower delivery experience Ive ever had in my life. 1/2 of my order of two items was correct and delivered on time. The other half which I was notified was going to be delayed, but to be made correct by adding multiple flowers to enhance the arrangement for free. The second order showed up completely wrong in a bouquet, lacking color, and life and anything extra that was suggested. The difficult part is getting through to customer service to someone that will do anything except to put you on hold until youre disconnected. On my third attempt, I got a hold of someone that did not disconnect me but after lengthy let me see what I can do. Multiple times I was offered a 10% refund on my second order that they had split into two orders from my single order initially. They said that they could not offer me a full refund or pick up the flowers because *** was now involved as a courier. I told them that I did not initiate any courier by *** and that I ordered flowers from Avas flowers that were substituted with the incorrect order not even close to what I ordered. This then became a haggling match to how much of a discount I would get on my second order when it finally got to 60% I said I would take a 60% refund on my entire order that they had split into two that would be fair. Once she realized that I had one order that they split it into two that was $140 order she gladly offered me ******************* refund on the second bouquet that they had completely gotten wrong. Three phone calls an hour and a half later.I got a text and email stating my refund has been initiated. I will believe it when I see it.Would not ever order from this company again and its very misleading as it makes them seem like a local floral shop in the town that you are ordering to when in fact, its not even close. Its probably my fault for not spending an hour ahead of time. Researching floral shops to send anniversary flowers to my wife, but I was kind of busy at the time.

      My daughter ordered me flowers for my birthday from Avas. The day of delivery they notified her they did not have the flowers to make arrangement. They would NOT LET her cancel the order. They wanted to make an arrangement of their choice and deliver the next day. This is not right and I will be making a complaint to the better business bureau. It is a wait and see if the order will be delivered. Is this fraud?

      After the fiasco with blossom.com and their failure to deliver flowers for my sister's birthday, I CALLED on April 10th and spoke to a really nice guy. He assured me the arrangement would be delivered that day. And if for whatever reason it would be the next day. Long story short after a few phone calls and 1 failed delivery attempt. When they called my sister for delivery, the call was disconnected. After an offer of a different arrangement which I declined I have asked for a refund. The 14th they said they will issue the refund. It's a pretty sad state of affairs when I have more faith in Amazon deliveries then from a florist. I am very disappointed in this company. The people on the phone were polite though.

      Avas Flowers say they are a local business on their phone message, however they are not. They did not deliver flowers and balloons as ordered. They sent a confirmation of delivery, but did not deliver order. I sent text, email phone message and responded to survey of my satisfaction level. I received a phone call from "********, Supervisor." She left a voice mail stating it was their error and she wanted to make it right. She instructed me to call her back. When I called back, I was unable to speak to ********. I spoke with another rep who indicated it would take a few days to check into my report of non-delivery. I asked for a full refund. She could not offer me that option. I then asked to speak to her supervisor. I was transferred to *******, Supervisor who listened to my complaint and offered to give me $15 discount and she would contact another florist for delivery. I refused offer stating that I was not comfortable with doing business with this company because of the apparent deception regarding my order and I asked for a full refund. She agreed to refund full amount. I have an email confirmation from Avas flowers for a full refund, but wil wait to see if I actually receive it.

      Actually zero stars! Terrible business! We ordered a funeral spray that was not delivered on time. Then they must have just lost the order completely. Never again. This company should be investigated for the shady BS. Needless to say, we didn't get my grandmother any flowers in time for her service due to the run around from ****** Simply disgusting.

      I chose a next day delivery option on ***'s website (ordered flowers on Saturday to be delivered Sunday). I paid: $9.99 rush fee $4.99 for a card $64.99 for a "large spring tulips bouquet including vase"$12 for 6 latex balloons $24.95 service fee plus tax, = $124.54 Today (the day I paid to have them delivered) they emailed me to say they would have to use alternative flowers, as tulips weren't available. Then they followed up by asking me to call them, putting me on hold, then giving me 5 different options to consider because they couldn't deliver them today. I kept asking for a full refund and to cancel the order, and they kept pivoting to another option ("delivered by Tuesday with a 10% discount" - kept saying no, they kept going). They also said they cannot deliver balloons to a hospital, none of which was detailed on their website.They finally got back on the phone and said they could deliver the flowers today. I continued to demand a refund but finally just got off the phone and said fine. They had someone go to a local grocery store (Hyvee) though they quoted "their farmers, and the flowers from the farm" on the phone - ha! The person bought less than a dozen wilting tulips from the grocery and delivered those with the free grocery card as the $4.99 card I ordered. The flowers at Hyvee cost less than $15 and I paid almost $65 for the flowers alone.I've reached out multiple times asking for a full refund. This is a fraudulent business taking advantage of people like me who are trying to send their sick father well-wishes during surgery and a trying time.

      Huge Scam! I ordered weeks in advance for a Celebration of Life ceremony for our high school class mate. I get a message to call them several days prior to confirm the delivery. Then the day of I received a call three hours prior wanting to switch out the flowers of the bouquet. I told them sure but I paid for early arrival so you better hurry it up. Then 1 hour later they messaged again to call back so I called and they can't deliver.and placed me on a 30 min wait. Then she told me it would be delivered to the home address on Monday because *********************". I advised them no because why would I want a casket spray sitting in the family's home after the funeral. She then said well we will cancel the order and refund you the amount. I asked her what she meant she will... Of course you will since I ordered weeks ago! So the scam part.... They have a no refund policy, if you don't respond back to all the emails or texts, they will keep the payment and make just reason for not refunding. Secondly part of the scam, if they feel they are going to have to deliver, they use decent people they have scammed to deliver flowers but they have switched the flower type to a cheap flower. Thirdly, this is a 3rd party flower broker. They pay cheap florists to deliver, if the florist is available on the day of, if your florist is closed or the towns florist, then they will not deliver. The multiple marketing scam they have is disgusting.

      If I could give no star review, I would. I ordered online because I was in a hurry to get flowers to a friend in ****** over the weekend and all the local flower shops were closed. Avas Flowers uses local florists to actually make and deliver their orders. My order was reported as delivered but the person I sent it to did not receive her flowers and had to leave ****** three days later. The order had my phone number but no one reported any problems delivering to the address and no one took a photo of the bouquet or the place they delivered to (I think that is a standard practice with *****************). Trying to contact Ava;s flowers is difficult. Their website is cryptic and you get random responses as text messages. I was contacted by phone once by a person and he promised to reach out to the contracted florist. I never got a call back but several days later got s text message to check my email (!!!). Looking up my order number, the website continues to state that the bouquet was delivered (of course). There is no accountability, so beware. I am posting these reviews everywhere I can because it has been about a month since I ordered the flowers. No apology no refund and no one to complain to and I lost $70.Be careful with companies like this one. Better to call a local florist than do these online orders. Also, they say they deliver for free and than at the very last screen as you are paying, they add a $24.95 "Handling" charge. It is not a business I will ever use or recommend again.

      Do not ever use this company! I ordered flowers through Avas flowers, because my niece lives in a remote part of *********** ordered them at 9 AM. At 4 PM. They called me and told me they didnt have the stock. They asked me for a change in address So I gave them a different address to deliver them to because they had already missed them being delivered to her school during the day. Gave them an alternative address and then for two days they told me, they were having trouble with flower supply?? Explained to them that they had already missed the event that the flowers were for They said they could give me a 10% discount. Ridiculous! I strongly discourage you from using Avas as it will ruin any event that youre trying to send flowers for. Their customer service is terrible. They tried to offer me 10%, then 20%, then 30%. I told them the flowers were going to be six days late for the event that they were intended for. I told them they could still deliver them as long as its free of charge, and they declined that. Save yourself the trouble in order from a different company
