      The absolute worst company Ive ever dealt with in my life the absolute bottom of the barrel customer service, I purchased and ordered a car hood for my vehicle. I ultimately received a completely different hood now this company will not return my money. They are putting it off on a distributor and manufacturer I have sent documentation of the hood that I received and the hood that I ordered, just a very horrible company that does not treat their customers good at all a horrible experience all the way around

      The worst company does not stand behind their products. Does not refund damage products claims you should have read fine print. Pictures on website are not what is shipped. all their products have same pictures.They have stuff delivered without a signature for inspection so they can claim damage was not noted when delivered.Any company that make customers pay for shipping should be a red flag I will never use them again I do not recommend them at all The instructions they send with products are a joke and they are no help pass the buck type of customer service bunch of lazy human beings ****** learned never again you are warned

      THEY Are Crooks! Bought a set of parts and clearly read the core return policy that says they provide free shipping. Got my parts installed and went to send back cores to find out you have to pay for the shipping to a different company!!!! Then the other company won't accept their part # to return. They have a nice little $84 scam working!!!!

      Well,first of all I wish I looked at the reviews before buying from carid which should tell you this is another unhappy customer. I purchased a hood on the 02/02/2024 and right after I paid I noticed I ordered the wrong hood. Well it was not wrong but more of a backup option. I contacted them immediately not even 5mins after I said and the person I chatted with changed me another $158 to change the hood which I paid for immediately. They said it was changed so I moved on. The following Monday I followed up and they confirmed it was changed. On the 6th early hour of the morning I followed up again because it kept showing the wrong hood, the guy I talked to said he changed it. Keep in mind I kept providing the correct hood item number just to make sure it was the correct one. By the time I get out of the office I received an email, hood shipped well I was happy because it said it was not gonna ship till the 16th but on the statement or email, it had the wrong hood. I called them and the lady I talked to said I have to accept the wrong hood and later on I can reship it back, when they get it they will have to look at it for damage and if ok they will get the correct one ordered which means I have to wait another 14 days or more which does not include the time it will take for shipping.This was on them when I had so many confirmation it was changed I told her no call the shipping company and get them to return it because this just shipped. I even emailed the company but no one answered so I am taking my review to every platform and giving them a bad review. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Customer service is bad, she said it was their mistake but they need me to accept the hood. I told her I'll not because that means I am accepting fault. I contacted someone else and they said I can order another hood. Once I get the wrong hood send it back and they can refund me. I told him I'll not support the business at all. They need to call the shipping company and get me my refund.

      I purchased door panels from Carid for a **** **** Falcon Futura that I restored. The door panels were the finishing touches that I needed. After installation and within just 3 months they were falling apart as the adhesive that was used during manufacturing was apparently inadequate. After another month the door panels looked years old already. I called customer service, asked for a refund and was told that I needed to send them pictures and the receipt. I received an email back that stated they received my information, would review and get back to me. I waited for a couple of months and reached out to them once again and then a few more times with phone calls and emails, only to get a run around and/or no response. After almost a year of playing this game with them I once again asked if I could return the door panels for a full refund. Surprisingly they finally told me that it was now up to the manufacturer and to send the door panels back to them and they provided two different addresses and shipping labels for me to print. I reached out once again and asked for clarification as to which address to send them to, being that it was a bit confusing with one address in ********** and the other in *****. They replied with an email, to send it to the ***** address. I followed their directions precisely and waited a few months. And again, I didn't hear from them. I reached out to them a few more times, playing their game of cat and mouse for over a year now, and was this time that I sent the door panels to the incorrect address (that they provided) and that since they didn't have the product, they could not refund my money. The door panels cost me $800 (plus the shipping for an oversized box) that I just threw away, due to *****'s extremely poor customer service and shear incompetence. I would have given them a half of star if it were available. They are undoubtably the worst company, I have ever dealt with and shouldn't have a license to steal from innocent consumers.

      I placed an order ******, (#********), and the first red flag should've been 2 different prices! ***** in the beginning, and then ***** after the customer service rep applied a "discount"! But, I really needed the part and ever place else had them on back order.I get an alert that ***** delivered the package ******, and since it was a long weekend, I was out of town. The package was put in my mailbox, according to the photo, I get back in town tuesday, no package in the mailbox,I contact carid, they say "search around", I searched the property, no package. Contacted them again, they say "file a police report!". The police wouldn't file a report since it was left in the mailbox, instead of the porch, where ***** normally leave packages. The police say "contact the post office!". The post office couldn't act, because it wasn't a package that was sent through the US mail!. Carid won't give me a refund or a replacement!, even though? I followed all of the steps on the carid website regarding replacements. So I'm stuck paying for a part I never received. The run around and buck passing. So I plan to warn my social media grouos and followers to avoid these people at all costs.

      Do yourself a favor and do not buy from these clowns! I purchased a set of NICHE Essen M147 20x9 wheels which the manufacturer claimed it only weights 28 lbs per wheel. When the wheels arrived, I inspected and found out the wheels weight 33 lbs each. That's an additional 5 lbs per wheel with a total of 20 lbs than advertised on the manufacturer website. I attempted to contact them for a resolution which didn't include me paying for a 15% restocking fee plus shipping since the issue was on their end and not mine. **************** is non existence with minimal effort npc vibes of empty words and deceptive practices.

      This company profits off sells of parts in ** auto parts store(s) & no one does their job correctly. I placed an order from Carid.com on 12/8 3:52p EST & canceled order within 30min of ordering via call to Carid. I was told order already shipped (which was a lie) & no communication was sent to part shop in ********* to cancel (spoke to store manager myself on 12/11 that confirmed nothing sent to them to cancel). Label for package didnt get printed until 4:45p EST & store location is over an hour from ***** hub so a route driver wouldve picked this up later that afternoon or early evening.Parts received back to store that shipped on 12/13 & still no refund, as of 12/29, has hit my checking account after several emails with same run around about 3-5 business day timeframe each response.

      Order # ******** November 1, 2023 I received confirmation of a refund they wont put it back on the debit card they have to mail a check takes 15 business days to produce a check they say then another ***** business to receive a check. Followed up with them after 30 business days guess what they forgot to get the check processed for mailing. Called 5 business days apart and theyre still saying 15 business days and the check will be ready. Instead of 15 to 10 Im still at 15 and they say they cant get a manager or supervisor all the representatives are off shore. So quick to let me buy products but so terrible at returning them when there is an issue. Not satisfied at all and wont be doing anymore purchasing through this company
