I rented 2 tents from Taylor Rental for an event this weekend, and although I tried to arrange a time to meet them so I could direct them where to put the tents, they told me they would only be able to contact me the day of drop off. The day of delivery they called me in the middle of work and said they were on their way to drop off the tents. I didn't know what to do, so I just tried to talk the crew through where I wanted them to put the tents with out me being there. Unfortunately, somehow we did not communicate well, because they ended up putting the tents in the exact location I did not want them. When I called the manager to explain and see how we could work through it together, he did nothing to help me and still charged me the full amount. I am really disappointed in the poor management, miscommunication, and Taylor Rentals unwillingness to help the customer be satisfied with their product/service. I was even willing to pay extra if they just came and moved the tents for me. They still refused and said they had no crew to help on Saturdays. They kept the full payment, didn't offer any sort of compensation, and refused to come back to move them.

Taylor Rental makes every effort to assist clients with our delivery services. Because of the volume of deliveries and the coverage area, we off the ability to choose an am or pm delivery and we will call a client on our way to their location. This client was notified that we were on our way, as promised, and when the client could not meet our drivers, as requested, we set up the tents as best we could according to her directions. If the client wanted to be on site and couldn't make our delivery time as notified in advance, arrangements should have been made to have an alternate meet the drivers or **** the specific area where tent setup was to be located. We deliver Monday through Friday and do not have the capability at this time of offering weekend delivery. Once a tent is in place, it is our policy not to move it. We believe we did everything that was promised, provided a service as requested, and don't believe a refund is warranted.
