I only started going to this location because the dealership where I purchased my car was sold and my vehicle records were only available at the **************** location. Since bringing my car to them, I've had nothing but headache after headache. I brought the car in because of an engine hood light initially. Needless to say, I had to bring the car back to them two more times and they still did not fix it properly. The light is back on again. On another occasion, I had a problem with rain water leaking into the car, that left a pool of water on the driver's side. They took weeks to get the car back to me and when they did, the passenger side seat belt was dangling because they did not bother to put it back in; dirty fingerprints were all over the paneling; the side panel between the two seats was half off; and paneling in the trunk area was thrown into the back of the car and not put back from whence it came. They seem really friendly until you have a problem and then they try to talk you around in circles--even screaming at you. All I want now is to be reimbursed the money I paid for them to fix the hood, so that I can take it somewhere else and have it fixed properly. I've already had a conversation with you ****. If you want to correct the situation you can reimburse me so that I can take my car somewhere else and get it fixed properly. You had 3 opportunities to fix the problem with the car's hood and failed each time. Not to mention after my last experience (see above) I have no interest in coming back to your dealership.Response from the owner 3 weeks ago Hi ***************, We appreciate you taking the time to bring this situation to our attention. We never intend to frustrate or upset you, and we want the opportunity to improve this for you. Please give me a call at your earliest convenience so we can discuss this in more detail and I will address this with the team. Thank you, *********************** ******** ******* Manager - ********************

re: loaner car policy - within the section Loaner Car Check-In of the Kundert Volvo Loaner Car Agreement, it clearly states "while loaners remain complimentary to Kundert and Driver Reward customers you are responsible for the fuel used. You need not put gas in the loaner as you will be charged by the mile as per the following schedule. The first 15 miles are free then a $3.00 charge for every 15 miles thereafter". short example follows "Additional $3.00 for every 15 additional miles to a maximum of $60.00" date/customer signature section.A loaner [car no. **073] was signed out to me during routine service on my personal vehicle [est. one day], extra time was needed for servicing other items [holiday & 2 add'l working days]. The loaner was signed out with 1/2 tank and returned with 1/4 tank, driven approximately 255 miles; a seemingly remarkable achievement on less than 4 gallons of gasoline [***** mpg]. Now for the rest of the story - out of necessity, I deviated from the above stated loaner car policy by adding $20 of name brand premium gasoline. My rationale was that I was not going to make it home on gasoline fumes and my family's personal safety would be grossly compromised as road help on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend was surety for disaster before help arrived. Upon the satisfactory return of the loaner, I mentioned that out of necessity $20/gas was added & was charged $48.00 [no adjustment was made] by the first line customer service representative who remained extremely adamant on this matter. The entire repair **** was paid [$1760.89] with the $48 line item bundled in. As a consumer during the point-of-sale [POS], I sought a credit or an immediate adjustment to the **** with the senior service manager and was refused. A verbal promise was made to make good on this at a future service appt. FYI, there will be no future business with Kundert Volvo, as I live & breathe safety first and do not appreciate being put in a zone of danger due to some idiotic Volvo employees enforcing a "house policy". Neither do I appreciate being told by Volvo North ******************** in *********, **] that there is nothing they could do for reason that the matter is at the dealer level. I should add that Kundert Volvo was contacted twice today, prior to reaching out to corporate. The receptionist was given specific instructions for a callback from **** Kundert prior to me writing this BBB review with all appearances that **** Kundert assigned the callback responsibility to the senior service manager who defended the first line customer service representative & the gas reimbursement policy. Generally, I have no problem with nepotism if everybody is doing the right thing and all is on the up & up with customers, the community and governmental authorities. Here we have a direct relationship between MM, Sr. and MM, Jr. speaking negatively about the responsibilities to the customer, the motoring public, road service personnel, state troopers and/or local police with adamant Volvo insistence that the customer is not to add gasoline as per Loaner Car Agreement rather opting for the creation of a zone of danger on extremely travelled roads [nationally recognized] and construction zone to boot. Is safety a #1 priority for Volvo?
