Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I'd rather go to one of the used car dealerships on Route 46 than ever deal with them again. STAY AWAY. They sold me a lemon for sure (telling me their technicians went over the car back to front) and when they said to "come back, we'll make it right" - they tried to s**** me again with a lower trade in price, high price for the replacement car and a new loan for another $27k. What bull. Will never ever ever go there or buy anything from them.STAY AWAY

The service department at this dealership is horrible.Not sure what they know but it definitely is not how to fix **** issues. They suck!!!!

This is the worst place to buy a car. DO NOT purchase a car from this dealership. The people who work there are horrible and lazy. The cars are complete lemons. Stay away from them. They have had my car for two months trying to get a part for transmission so they say please do yourself a favor and stay away.

An F for Fette *** and FORD--not surprising. I was gracious going from 4 stars on Yelp andGoogle to 2 stars after what happened to me--I truly did not mind the over price on my K-5, nor did I mind the lower than expected trade in on my Kia ******* OR the salesperson that was too busy explaining the car when picked up and left, or advising of the free first oil change, and even the needed trip to service upon pickup to fix the **** Phone calls receive no replies and phone messages do not get the courtesy of a call back--after the sale, not before.........The newspapers should write about all this........So after deliver the same day, I called ***************--my salesperson who is allowed to have his real estate business card on his desk, or was that the non existent ********************* who I was supposed to meet? and even met with the manager a day later, as I dropped off the actual title rather than the copy...My eyes are 77 years old--as my my son-in-law noticed a small **** in need of a drop of paint--as in a drop of paint and I called day 1 asking for some Wolf Grey paint and advised by *** "even if it is out of my pocket I will get it--and call you right away." or listening to the manager explain "they cant' ship it to me as it is flammable ?" but will take care of it right away--2 weeks and I get a computer driven message that I replied to (not from them) and I replied someone needs to call me--this was a minor simple request that took a happy with the car person to a person who now writes this in hope that others read it, or the owner of *********** Fette decide to do something about this--an F ****, c'mon hw do you allow this--BTW--I also contacted **** and yet to receive the courtesy of a call back--ALL OVER A DROP OF PAINT which I can get anywhere.

I was told I would receive a refund for a recall, but then they did not want to pay it. Contacted *********** who stated that they gave me a case number and that I should receive a refund from the **** dealership, but they refused to pay. Told them that if I die from being in an unsafe car, I was letting my family know to *** them and *********** for lying to me. **** who works there is a shady character. I have the car serviced one month prior to the recall. Literally the wheels about to fall off on my truck. Back wheel were riding on the wire. People act like they are not humans and this could never happen to them! Dont wish that experience of having an SUV slide all over the road! Nothing but liars Sad thing I have two more recalls that have to be done there and have to go back, no parts due to COVID shipment delays. I am out of 950 dollars! They are not responsible reliable people!!!

Went there to finance a new **** Explorer From fette ford in ******* Advertisement is what I went off of stick on Vehicle said ********* plus options total was ********* with **** 4 Wd rebate So that was supposed to be ****** They changed the price to ****** + another ****k for c*** we didnt get This is not fair practice
