I brought 3 cars from them I still havent received my license plate for both 3 cars I even have to get the police and lawyer involved never again

Purchased a vehicle from them on 5/2023 and still haven't received my license plates. I have called numerous times even spoke with management and nothing..still waiting..never again

I bought ****** Sienna 2014 from this place. I went with my friend.I spoke to *** ( he took the deal from *****) and we made a deal at 20 k dollars including everything.I told *** I have 10 k cash and the rest will be credit cards. As we counted the money at the front desk which we did 3 times, I realized I was short 90 $ from the 10 k cash. The credit card rejected the big amount so *** took me to PNC bank to get the remaining balance. The lady at the desk said I can leave the cash there and finish paperwork when I get back. I regret doing that and trusting this people.I went to ******** and I got ****** $ certified check. We went back and *** told me to go and wait. *** comes back and says I paid short around 720 $ cash. I got upset and told him NO I paid ***** cash and all together is 20 k .He left and comes back saying it was a mistake. THEY TRIED TO ROB **** asked *** if I could pay for the car and come back later when is ready to pick it up. He said it takes ***** minutes. I said is my car going to be cleaned and *** said of course. I ended up waiting 4 hours and I was starving. After 4 hours I had to look for *** because he had gone. My car arrived and I realized it wasnt detailed. Not even a normal car wash. Also *** told me it has 2 keys and 2 remote controls but it was only one remote control. Also *** told me they will put the floor mats back once the car has been detailed. There was no floor mats but just the carpet mats.Also I have a very big scratch by the passenger door which *** said they will buff it out but it wasnt even touched.I got so upset but I had to go back to work. I have 3 kids so I needed urgent 7-8 seats car to fit all my family.The next day I called the manager who tried to cover up but at the end he said they F.D up . *** called just after few minutes saying the same- the cleaning guys F.D up . I will pay for the cleaning.Im deeply upset because *** is the ***** of Europe and this dealership is giving *** a bad name.

Normally I would just leave a *********** review and call it a day but what transpired at *** Bloomfield when I came here with my partner to buy our car was unimaginable, probably illegal, and needed to be shared. When speaking with the salesperson, everything seemed normal enough. Once we started speaking with the finance guy, things started seeming off. They were going back on many things they said while on the sales floor, but what happened during those discussions were irritating but not illegal. What I never imagined would happen was that a few days after we left the dealership with the car, in the middle of the week, they called us to say that they never submitted our signed contract and that they will not honor it and that they wanted us to sign a new contract. They said that because they did not submit our paperwork, we are driving the car illegally and that they will be sending someone to my house to either pick up the car or have us sign a new contract. The harassed us by phone, text, and email for days before my husband signed a new contract. I find this behavior to not only be unacceptable, but should also be considered illegal. This location should be investigated and shut down. My partner at first told me this was a good place based on ****** reviews, but after our experience, I looked at the ****** reviews and I believe many are fake. They have waaaaay too many reviews...I've been to many dealerships (*** and others) over my lifetime and either these reviews are fake or the customers that come here are suspiciously overzealous about this dealership.
