              A nightmare trying to do business with this company. After going through the process and trying to provide a specific requirement from my trust they dragged their feet and made it impossible to communicate with them that the application time period expired. Only plus in having to start over is I will do so with another company. The toll free number is useless as they do not know what they are doing and if you ask to speak with a supervisor they take a message!
