            So we used your Snow Joe MELT25EB on our concrete loading dock in January of 2024, an item that they advertise as safer on wood and concrete and it ruined our loading docks. It cause the concrete to disintegrate and eventually fall apart.

            The customer service in this company is HORRIBLE! I have been trying for several months to get a replacement for my defective hose, which is under ***************, the company is out of stock (and has been) on almost every hose they carry. Second, I was told they did not want me to return the currently defective hose, because it was too costly for them. Yesterday I received an e-mail stating I would not receive a replacement hose, when they got them back in stock, until I returned the defective one. I truly believe this company is doing everything they can to delay sending me a replacement hose in hopes that I just give up, or until my warranty expires.
