            We moved out of ******************** (950 / *******************************************) on 10/30/2022. We both had provided $250 deposits for a total of $500 that was to be returned to us. We have contacted Park Lake on multiple occasions and also sent a message to Meridian through their website and have heard nothing. It has been almost 3 months and no deposit has been returned. I reviewed our leasing agreement with them and they have no reason to keep the deposits as we only lived there 1 year and left the apartment in good condition. We just want our $500 back ($250 each). We are not providing any docs at this time but the lease was under ***************************** and ***********************. We have also seen multiple reviews posted that indicate others have had the same issue. We have not even been told we are not getting them back, we cannot get anyone to return or answer a call to tell us anything at this point. They doubled the rent upon taking over which is why we left so there is no reason they cannot refund the deposits that were taken when we signed the lease under the original owners.
