This business has been warned multiple times about their fraudulent behavior and letters have been sent from myself and ***********/********* yet they continue to charge me for a fraudulent policy. One more fraud bill and I am getting an attorney. In October I applied for ***********/*** ******* NJ. I had lost my job and my only income was unemployment. I was quoted a policy through HBCBS (account #*********) at a rate of $69.01. In November I paid for two months via check or $138.02 which they cashed. Then Get ******* NJ made an error in their system and dropped all federal and state subsidies (which they should NOT have done since I have no income) and changed the rate against my will or agreement to $566.42 per month. They admitted their error and the bait and switch in the system for their premium and have CONTINUOUSLY written to BCBS about it as have I and my family and my attorney. Yet they continue to bill me and not listen to ***********/*********. This was an error. I never used this insurance ONCE and only agreed under the $69.01 terms. Once the error was made, I have been in contact with *********** over and over and they have done thier job. BCBS just keeps billing me on a fraud claim. I have free insurance through the state since I had NO INCOME for 7 months and their disgustingness will soon be taken to court. Not only do I not owe them the money they allege, they actually owe me $138.02 for a policy that was in error and they've been told over and over and over again. Next steps is an FTC fraud claim and a 90-demand letter from my attorney or court. Enough is enough liars. Account # *********
