I want to come on here and just warn as many people as I can about Flagship Resorts. They have completely manipulated us into purchasing a timeshare pack with them. On top of manipulating us and pressuring us, they lied to us about the details of the contract and what everything means. When we asked questions, they would dance around it and not answer. They made us feel small. They failed to disclose fees, RCI, recission periods, interest, and probably more that we are still not aware of. The Flagship employees performed an UNAUTHORIZED credit check, which I did not learn about until later. They had claimed we can make rental income off this purchase, but in reality, we did not buy any physical property. I can go on about the horrible things they have done and all the lies they told us, but all you need to do is read the other reviews about, which is eerily similar to our storywhich means their actions are systemic and intentional. We had sent Flagship a letter with all the details of our disappointment and the fraudulent actions that took place, and we have not heard anything back. They do not care about their customers. My husband is a retired veteran and has become ill with medical issues, so we cannot continue to burden ourselves by paying for something useless.Review from Patricia W

We were deceived, lied to, and bamboozled into buying a timeshare that has done nothing but drain our pockets and deliver disappointment. We were promised flexibility, cost savings, and a simple exchange process. Instead, we got restrictive booking windows, skyrocketing maintenance fees, and an exchange system that seemingly always fell short of our requests. Our dreams of frequent visits to our family in ************* turned into a nightmare of unavailable accommodations and frustrating negotiations. We were not naive consumers; we were misled by persuasive salespeople who sold us an illusion, not a service. Now, at the twilight of our years, we're burdened with a financial liability that's become more of a shackle than a gateway to vacation bliss. We refuse to pass this burden onto our children and are adamant about severing ties with this regrettable investment. It's not just about the money; it's about the principle, the sheer audacity of the company to exploit trusting customers and then turn a deaf ear to their woes. We demand justice, and we will not stop until we have it.Review from April G

If I could give this Flagship Resorts timeshare nightmare zero stars, I would. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of a decade-long disappointment filled with false promises, relentless pressure tactics, and a blatant misrepresentation of the product. The initial sales presentation was a masterclass in deceit. We were sold the dream of a real estate investment with guaranteed rental income. Fast forward nearly 10 years, and we're drowning in regret as we discover that it was all a calculated lie to lure us into a terrible purchase. The promise of selling the timeshare for a profit? Another laughable falsehood. Despite our best efforts, we've found there's no demand, and its value has plummeted.High-pressure tactics employed during the meeting were nothing short of harassment. What was supposed to be a one-hour commitment turned into a grueling 6-hour ordeal with four different salesmen tag-teaming us. We declined multiple offers, only to be subjected to waiting for the next "better" offer. The so-called final offer, supposedly valid for that day only, was the tipping point. Faced with the desire to escape the relentless pressure and the web of lies, we reluctantly agreed based on all the fictitious benefits. The misrepresentation of the product is downright infuriating. We were led to believe that the timeshare would provide flexible and affordable vacations, yet the reality is far from it. Booking desired dates is a Herculean task, and the promised availability to desired destinations is a mere illusion. The contract signing, compared to the initial sales pitch, was a whirlwind intentionally designed to keep us in the dark. No information on loan terms, interest percentages, or details regarding our legal right to rescission were provided. Had we been armed with these crucial documents; we would never have proceeded with this disastrous decision.Review from Angel C

Owning a timeshare has been the worst experience of our lives. Flagship is corrupt and I don't even think they have any working individuals because NO ONE ever answers! We paid our loan off with the understanding that we could deed the ownership back to them once we're in good standing. Which is hard to believe since no one is ever answering us.They lack customer service, communication departmentally, and basic human decency. Don't do business with these people. WE WANT TO GET OUT OF THIS MONEY PIT!Review from Kathleen L

Getting involved with these people has created such a problem in my life, and I dont want my children and their children to suffer like I have. Financially it has been such a crushing burden on me and I have been struggling to pay the fees. I have been trying to find a way to get rid of this timeshare for years. It has been a nightmare. All I want is to be financially free from this. I remember my sales reps name was *****************************. I wish she had been honest with me instead of pressuring me into this decision. If I had been told the truth, I would have never got involved with this company.Review from Dom B

NO STAR REVIEW - They don't deserve a star. After a year of paying every month. I was able to book only 3 times in 13 months. I was promised 12 vacation a year in 3 hotels. it turns out nothing is available. DO NOT FALL INTO COMMITTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY> STAY AWAY>Review from Nicole P

The reviews here are speaking nothing but truth, and I have experienced it myself as well. No response to ANYTHING. I use the email address listed on their website, and have tried to speak with them over the phone. Nothing has been done for me to let me out of this since I was blatantly lied to.I was told I wouldnt have to pay maintenance fees for the first year, but I did. I was told that this could be bought back by the company, apparently also not true. There is no reason at all that we should be dealing with this, and that this company should be ignoring us after it was their representatives that were extremely dishonest.
