            Mr ********************** Klaar installed a Vanien Boiler on December 1, 2021 1.. **************** gas boiler without a permit 2. **************** boiler incorrectly. 3. Many phone calls of no heat.4. We had no heat from December 1, 2021 till Jan. 26, 2022 5. My son text him and he used very unprofessional language (vulgar)5. Had to bring a new plumber in to repair all ********************** Klaar work. on Jan. 26, ******. Reported him to the town. He will be contacted by them.My review is zero There is no zero revew

            ************* is one very confused individual, I went to home several times after the replacement of his Navien unit under warranty. Correct spelling of the unit in question BTW. It was explained to him several times on my last visit what needed to be done to correct the problem. Now his son is trying to bully me and falsely accuse me of doing sub-par work. I have been providing excellent service to many people and have more licenses and certifications than most people in this industry. Some people just refuse to accept what reality is. He has now had some other company work on his system, who probably does not know what i do. Guarantee it is still not working correctly. I had a good conversation with the construction official and will be dropping off the permit, for inspection. Unfortunately, ************** thinks that an inspection will make the unit work correctly, It will not. A township inspection is to make sure there are no unsafe conditions. ************* and his arrogant son are in for some more disappointment. Sometimes no matter what you do is futile.
