Incompetent, more budget operation.After one visit, I was very disappointed and didnt go back.Then came the persistent phone calls, eventually making their number after I told them to stop.I even told them I had already purchased hearing aids.Its been a couple years and they called this morning. I need my phone and time for important things not harassment.HearingLife Response

I got my hearing aids from the Hearing Life in *******, **. **** has always been wonderful. I went in today to have my hearing aids cleaned and the receptionist was truly exceptional. She was delightful, competent and so fun. I am sorry that I didnt catch her name but she was the only receptionist there at 1:15 today. 3/25/24. I was a previous customer of ****************** having decided last year to go elsewhere in the future due to lack of satisfaction with this *********** office. Out of the blue a couple weeks ago, I got a call to come in for a free hearing test, ear inspection and hearing aid adjustments. I explained that I was not interested, I was looking for an office with an AuD and that I would be looking elsewhere later this summer. The offer was repeated - no commitments from me needed. The offer was too good to be refused and after I was told several times it was inclusive and totally free with no insurance involvement. I accepted an appointment.I showed up 15 minutes early "for paperwork" this morning as instructed. I was the first appointment of the day, the door was locked displaying a "closed" sign and the lights were off. I waited for 15 minutes, finally was admitted, and told the there was no paperwork. A bad start for sure.When I was brought into the testing office, after the niceties, I was told that I was not eligible for "what Headquarters had offered me." I could however buy a multi-year service plan and we could move forward from there. After I again described the unsolicited free offer, I was given, to no avail, I expressed my total dissatisfaction with this wasted visit. Then, I was offered a free hearing test BUT informed the results would not be used to adjust or tune my hearing aids - essentially a wasted hearing test with no purpose. There was no arguing or discussion. This was a problem with "headquarters scheduling" resulting in the making of offers that could not be honored at the local office. I left the office as I heard for the umpteenth time that this was a "headquarters error / headquarters problem" and not the local office's fault. Nothing could be done - a wasted trip and wasted time.HearingLife Response

*************************** and ************************* in the ****** ** office are the best ever!! ******* worked with me to get the best hearing aids for my need and then helped me find the way to purchase them. ****** is ALWAYS prompt and courteous in returning calls and is always responsive to my needs she is a jewel..in the first person we see when we come into the office and ALWAYS follows through...Thank you ************************* (SATISFIED client)HearingLife Response

Just received my hearing aids at the ************************************* location in the west end of Henrico County, ******** after being evaluated by ***. She was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. The secretary named ****** was also very nice and helpful. A+ to these two ladies and highly recommended by me. The test results were exactly what I thought was my hearing problem too ******************HearingLife Response

I am so sick of the daily calls! I have asked several times to take me off your call list I have insurance through VA! They dont care and will continue harassing you with the calls! Just avoid them all together! If your PCM gives you a referral to this company.RUN! Dont make the mistake I did and use them once for a hearing test!!! Use another company that wont continue to call you daily! Blocking does not work they use different phone numbers!HearingLife Response

They had me and my wife to come in June 30 2023 for a hearing aid test, and they told us that we needed hearing aids, we have nothing wrong with I hearing, we told them no, every 2 or 3 they send us letters to come back for another test, or call us we asked them to stop, said that they would stop but they are sending us the same thing to come back for a hearing test, they told us that they wouldn't harass us when we took the test first time, all they d is harass seniors, **** **HearingLife Response

Hearing Life harasses me daily although I block them they have technology to get around a block. Over and over i asked them to leave me alone. They keep on and I now can't stand them. This is also the treatment someone would get who bought a hearing aid from them. Bad disrespectful consult and hearing aids.HearingLife Response

The last couple of years have been a nightmare at the ***************** ******* Try to get refills on the FREE for life batteries. One girl said they were sent out that was a week ago its been almost 2 weeks. Try to talk to someone forget it. Back and forth from ******* to Westgate and voice mail at that. Had my annual exam this past Nov. I hadn't even been tested yet and ******* was already trying to sell me new devices. REALLY. All I want is my free batteries not high blood pressure trying to deal with this. . I live in an adult community and many will need or have hearing aids. They will definately get bad reviews from me for sure.HearingLife Response

Batteries are available at no charge for certain hearing aid purchases. Policy indicates that if batteries are requested to be mailed, there is a postage fee of $3.00. There is no fee if patients come into the office to pick up.
