            Purchased an exercise belt from Slendertone (aka Flexbelt). Product initially worked but after a short period began to display error messages. Then the product would not work at all.I contacted Slendertone and took the steps they asked to remedy the issue. This entailed me buying more pads for the belt and spending additional money. When the pads were delivered after several weeks they did not solve the issue and the belt still does not work.The company asked for pictures of the issues, serial numbers, and a video. I provided them everything asked for. Then they asked for proof of purchase which I provided. Now the company says the proof or purchase is not valid even though it provides the credit card purchase confirmation code.Seems to me the company is simply trying to make it so difficult to get an exchange that I will eventually just go away. Poor way to do business.

            Wanted to return the Slendertone Ab Belt product - in 40 days of sporadic use, it was already faulty, and one of the pads stopped working. With 60 day warranty, I followed the steps for a return - Tried chat (no help), emailing (no replies), calling (vague message not mentioning the company and no ability to leave a message) and NO ONE responded, and now my 60 days is coming to an end. BEWARE!
