We trusted them. As professionals and experts to exclude the bats from our home and provides sound and experienced advice. First: *** says we shouldnt live in our newly purchased home from when he came and found bats (May) until they excluded them (August). So we lived with family members, tagging our toddler along, until my correspondence with *************************** from the state of **, endangered species, who said it was safe to move in (Late June).Secondly: august arrives, time to exclude the bats, I tell *** I dont want them to cut into our interior walls. He proceeds to bully and intimidate me into paying full price for the quoted job that they were not completing (cutting into the interior walls). Even though evidence doesnt support bats returning to a roost, even with remaining guano present. Fast forward: bats return. I call them to discuss solutions, desperate to fix the issue so I can have my house re-insulted middle of summer. No call back. This means no insulation job can be scheduled. While we hemorrhage AC and money on electric with no insulation in the attic, waiting for a call back. I have warned my neighbors. Now, I just want this nightmare to end.if you have BATS, Do NOT, hire attic crawl. Look for a state_approved company who knows bats from rodents, at least. and hope you get better customer service

With an infestation as bad as it was when we came out, we strongly advise against cutting any corners with the remediation. You made the decision to do a partial job, yet we still came back until the issue was resolved, fully at our expense. We stand behind our word, and go beyond the letter of the law with our customers daily, because we care. We are constantly trying to improve our service in every possible way, and appreciate you taking the time to write this review. I just used them to remove my very old blown in insulation and added new batt insulation in my cathedral ceiling. The team that came to my house were on time and professional. The amount of work that they did for what they charged was very reasonable. They explained their scope of work to me and kept in in the loop as they progressed. They protected my home as they worked and left it spotless. I highly recommend them.

I could not be happier than I am with the service I received from Atticrawl. Our attic had been 'home' to both squirrels and racoons for months. When they 'checked out' we called Atticrawl to undo the damage. *** came to our home to assess our situation. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional and very well-experienced. I immediately had CONFIDENCE in Atticrawl. He **** up a thorough and detailed plan to resolve ALL of the damage and mess the animals made, and another plan to seal off anyplace that they may have used to get into our attic. They were the nicest, and hardest working contractors I have ever seen. They were so good at their job, it was completed to perfection in a few hours! I would highly recommend. *** the technician was honest and knowledgeable. After a thorough assessment, I was told that I did not need additional insulation. Given my house is on a corner, the rooms alongside that part of the house were more exposed to the winds/cold than the other rooms in the winter. I appreciated his honesty and fully support the A+ BBB rating!
