              I had my printer set up for the ******** program. I was told my ink was already low so I would need to order my own ink. I do so and then the auto program kicks in and sends me ink anyway. I told support what happened and they declined to give me a refund. Then when I didnt put ink in right away, the program ordered me even more ink. I reached out to support again and was told I was out of luck. So now I have probably over $100 in excess ink I dont need after support improperly advised me. I want a refund.

              Do NOT buy anything from this company! I bought a scanner that does not scan and I cannot figure out why. The online help is not helpful and I was hung up on 3 times when I tried calling. The ** chat feature continuously gave me this message: "I'm sorry, I don't understand. Please rephrase your message. You can start over by typing "menu" or "agent". There is no information about how to return the item anywhere on the website and when i typed it into ** I got the above message.A total waste of time and money.
