      Terrible company that refuses to take care of its customers. Take your money anyone else, please dont give this company anything. They have been robbing my family for years and we are desperately trying to get away from them.

      Unfortunately, their customer service is beyond AWFUL!!! I had a phone that had issues and they offered the free Upgrade of a ******* Galaxy S21FE5G. What a piece of junk! I took it 2xs to the local Verizon store where they zipped through it saying that there were too many apps causing an issue...I never added any. Then I phoned customer service. They replaced it with another of the same with the same issues as the 1st one. In addition, it took about 4 hours to get it set up with help from technical support. I phoned back and requested that they send me a new model, one that I would have to pay for, not a free phone. I had requested that the representative email me a copy of the request which she did. I phoned back to ask when I would receive the phone and they denied that I had ever even made the request and had no record of the phone call that I was on for over 1 1/2 hrs!!! i asked to speak to a supervisor. They transferred me 3x's. The final person would not allow me to speak with a supervisor and no one had spoken to me and no one had offered the other phone. I told her that I could forward the email from just 3 days beforehand and she said that they couldn't receive emails. She spoke over me and was very aggressive. This call was nearing 2 hrs!! I was furious with my experience. The problem phone then stopped working, saying no service, I think she turned off the service. I The bottom line is that this is not the 1st time that we have had a very bad customer service experience with this ill-managed company. I have 2 family members who bought their Business Phone System and are very disappointed. BIG HEADACHE they are not trustworthy the customer service reps lie. Here's one way of telling...So they record every conversation right...says so while you are on hold. They lie that they can't listen to previous commitments/resolutions and for these calls, you do not receive ANY emails or text message to rate your experience!

      I have been trying for the past two months to be able to sign in to set up my account so I can link my service so I can get the discount price. The user name I set up along with the password I get unable to find account. Contacting customer services on multiple times and no one can get this resolve. An IT ticket was even submitted by a person name **** (Tech Support) to get help on this on a Friday. I was told I would get a call by Tuesday. By Wednesday no call. To get the discount I need to set up automatic payments. When they switch me to do over the phone it stated it already is set up. Does any one at Verizon know what the h*** is going on? Then they said they can only mail me a temporary password by mail and for some reason they are unable to do so even though they have my email in their system.

      SCAMMING LYING CHEATING THEOR CUSTOMERS. offer phone for phone trade in, if u pay the taxes that day. Never tell you ur stuck in ur plan for 36months, never tell you they are increasing your plan at a HUGE cost. Weeks and weeks of calls to try to get this resolved and I'm out over 1800 dollars over 36months for a phone I didn't even want. I asked specific questions about cost, fees, plans, contracts was told NOTHING BUT PHONE FOR PHONE plus taxes. I'm angry, almost 12 years with verizon. DONT LET THEM SCAM YOU TOO. services have non working issues more often then any others I've ever seen.

      They aren't bad as a service provider as long as you stay with them. I transferred to another carrier for a better price and they refused to refund me my balance, stating that the number being transferred will not allow for refunds even though I requested the refund prior to the transfer of services. So not only did they get paid for an entire month of services that I did not use but they also kept the balance I had on the account.

      Everything started with the sales agent. The sales agent on my phone call promised the world to **** requested from the sales agent for the technician to bring the extender for the Wi-Fi.When I asked the 1st technician that came to my house about the extender she told me that I will need to request it directly from Verizon and it would be mailed to **** had to contact again. But not only was it a problem to get it, but also the customer service agent who assisted me, told me that all the promises from the sales agent were not on my acct and I would be charged a shipping fee. So I had 3+ hours almost, chatting with the agent and then with a supervisor about what the sales agent promised.Once I received the extender I tried connecting it and the service stopped working completely, I spent hours on chat again trying to troubleshoot it because I desperately needed it for work but we had to schedule another technician who went on 03/29. The agent was supposed to leave a note. That technician said that there wasn't such a note, arrived early than the estimated time, called me when he was already at my home and then left because I wasn't there yet which was supposed to be on said note.I then had to contact customer yet another time because of this issue and requested a supervisor because I had already lost 3 days of work because of the issue created by the system itself and needed a solution right away. I did not have hours to spend that day yet another time and all that the supervisor offered was an appointment 2 days after and a $15 credit.Today after contacting customer service explaining my continuous frustration with the service and experience provided by Verizon, all they could give me was a $10 credit.This whole chain of issue after issue after issue, after hours wasted with different agents left me with no internet for 5 days and I lost a total of $5035.24 and Verizon did was a $25 total credit.I need compensation from Verizon.

      Unbelievably incompetent. We attempted at least 4 times to return an internet modem or be charged $214.00. My son and I were on the phone with them several times and each time after a long wait assured we would get a labeled return box set to us. It never came but the bill did. We were on the phone together about an hour. He tried to take it to the store and they would not take it or help us return it. Today I called the forth time and after enduring a voice menu that can't help you with anything but harassment. I spent 1 hour and twenty minutes on the phone with two different agents I suspect from *****. They had trouble understanding addresses. After keeping me captive on the phone they claimed they will be able to deliver the box and label. Time will tell we have heard that twice before. My daughter changed to Verizon and we had a nightmare for a couple weeks there as well in porting the line from ATT to Verizon. Peoples time is worth nothing to them. I had an account with them for 30 years but I won't be back. I notice all the reviews are terrible. So sad.

      I was told trade in my phone and get an iPhone 15, watch and tablet for free. I was not told I need a separate line for the watch and tablet. Now I have to return the watch and tablet and *** spent money on the watch cover and screen protector.

      Have been with Verizon for several years. Things wear fine till the last 2 years, since they moved their customer service overseas. Now a simple change can take hours of multiple phone calls and frustrations to get the customer service person to understand what I want. Please go back to American customer service representatives. I dont need to be asked multiple times how my day is going, how my family is doing, I just need answers and intelligent people who can get things done in a timely manner so that I can go about my full scheduled day!
