Business ProfileforVerizon Wireless

On 4/8/2024 I had been on the phone all day with freaking Verizon about transferring my account from personal to a business account. After having several issues with their technology and incompetent staff I finally got someone in the business area after 2 hrs to provide me step by step on how to get my business transferred. I went step by step with the business department and it went through. I received an application I'd and sent in my utility bill and and application Identification. I spoke to a person in business and approved it. I received a WFM confirmation and application number to present. The lady then told me that I could finish my order on the business account. I then called back and they told me that I don't have an existing account and I have signed agreements and contract numbers. I tried to get back in my personal account dealing with your incompetent staff and it locked me out. I called back to business account and Spoke to Paula and she was just incompetent as them all. She would not get me over to an supervisor after telling her over and over what happened and kept asking me about the freaking account number from my personal and business account. I spoke to Alba about my business and personal account. I tried to get her to unlock my personal account several times but she kept speaking about my business. I called between 2pm - 6pm est so you all can monitor these calls and here what frustrating things they have done to me all day. They highly need retraining ASAP!!! This was horrific freaking experience! I have documents showing I have the freaking business account.
