I brought my car to RSW for a repair of the suspension. In addition to that, the mechanic(s) diagnosed -- and proposed to fix -- the problem with engine-mounts, to which I agreed.Three days later, when I picked the car up, the suspension felt marvelous, and the engine's vibrations were no longer felt inside the car -- the like-new feeling.Unfortunately, as I noticed a few minutes into driving home, the air conditioning stopped working too... Completely...I discussed the matter by phone and was invited to come back for a check... Upon arrival, I was told, the ** malfunction is "just a coincidence" and is not a fault of RSW.This would've been an unbelievable "coincidence" even this decision were by a disinterested 3rd party. That it came from company itself -- with a giant conflict of interest bearing on their impartiality -- makes it outright laughable. A mechanic I discussed this with agrees, that the ** was, most probably, damaged during the replacement of the engine-mounts...The company ought to contact me to set an appointment for a repair of the ** -- or a replacement of same by a new unit with a reasonable warranty (minimum 2 years).If there is no response to this complaint within a week, I'll take it to another mechanic to have the work done -- and attempt to collect the amount from RSW later.
