This is the worst dealer! they promise so many things when trying to make a sale. I had a sales rep promise me something and never held his end of the deal and then got fired. Now I'm dealing with his boss and his boss is playing dumb. He was there at the time making the sale and now he's playing like he never said anything. This is has been going on for months since the day of the sale. I'm not happy with Nissan at all. Another thing this Nissan fakes their reviews online. They beg you to not fill out the survey just so they can do it themselves and write how perfect they are as a dealerReview from Karlison P

I purchased a 2022 Nissan Rogue in June and since then I had to take my vehicle back 4 times. This time Hudson Nissan has had my vehicle since 8/18/22. I have yet to be told what is wrong with my vehicle and the staff keeps giving me the run around. I have reached out to Nissan consumer affairs and I have receive the same poor level of customer service. This is my 4 and last vehicle that I would buy from this company. This company has totally regard my concerns and I have been without a vehicle yet they still charge me monthly. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!Review from Luis R

I made the mistake of leasing my son a Nissan Altima 2020 from them. They totally ripped me off!! I unfortunately didn't realize it till it was too late. They lied and told me that i had to buy excess wear and tear insurance because Nissan didn't cover it anymore and i would have to pay for everything at the end of the lease. Then, when the vehicle needed warranty covered repairs, they tried to say it wasn't covered and i had to pay for the repair. They wanted me to pay over $1,000 for a faulty **********************. The representative looked for excuses to say it was my fault that the sensor went bad instead of just fixing it. i will never do business with them ever again!! Don't be another victim like i was!! They're the worse!! taking advantage of hard working customers. I took my car to another dealer and they fixed it no questions asked!! For ****!!! the way it was supposed to be!! Hudson Nissan in *********** Sucks!!! Negative Zero stars!! A total disgrace !!! "
