Their service department does not complete the basic service paid for. In 3 visits I have had more and more damage to my care. For a $250 detail I had grease on my door handle and steering wheel. For a $110 oil change, they forgot to put the cap back on and let me drive off. The car started shaking harder and harder as I got closer to home. I was told it was fine and no further inspection for any possible issues was needed. In my last oil change and brake change, they let me leave again without telling me they cracked my windshield. On a simple windshield wiper change. They left the new ones not fully clipped in and one of the old ones still on my car. When I called it to their attention and left the car with them adamantly requesting someone call me asap, I did not hear from them for 3 days. When I tried to reach them on the 4th day they tried to send me to voicemail, when refusing that option, the service director ******* ******** magically picked up. They replaced my windshield with a aftermarket winshield and tried to tell me it was Lexus OEM. The aftermarket QR code and branding was blatantly on the windshield. When confronting *** ******** on this issue, he did not greet me, acknowledge there was an issue, and tried to convince me that because Lexus OEM windshields are backordered it was ok for him and his team to lie to my face even after they never cared to acknowledge the damage. Throughout this whole ordeal, from the service advisor to the **, they never acknowledged why I was treated this way and continued to make me feel not valued and an annoyance. Issue has not fully been resolved currently. No one from their team has yet to reach out to me other than when they told me my aftermarket windshield replacement was completed. They did however take the time to try and convince me if I did get an customer experience survey to still give them 5 stars.
