              Car purchase March of 2022 2 days later check engine light Cadillac converter businesses would not put me in a new car or given my money back continuous problems car over heating sales rep or manager would not help to resolve problems its been 3 months of continuous breakdowns and repairs.

              Returns on 01/15/24 to have rear differential seal replaced, which is something they recommended. They supposedly replaced the rear seal for $271.00. Once I got my car back felt suspicious and took the car to another reputable repair shop who said the rear seal wasnt replaced. The new shop said if it had been replaced additional supplies needed for the repair should have been listed on the invoice, but they werent. Have tried to speak to mgr at dealership, but no one returns call. Leaning towards theft by deception complaint.

              I spoke to ************************* and offer to bring the vehicle back at his earliest convenience, so he can see exactly what we did to the vehicle .This way we can erase any doubt that the repair was done and done correctly. He told me that he was going to check his schedule and let me know
