            Dealing with Bart ******************** was purely torture, He is unprofessional and treats women like they are worthless. I was trying to settle some business that my husband had left behind after he passed in November of 2021 and Mr. ******************** was completely rude and was swearing on the phone with me. All I was trying to do was handle the matter at hand and he made it as if I was his enemy. If considering this man, I would THINK AGAIN!!

            Completely false. I do not know who *********************** is but a woman named ************************* was sued by this office pursuant to a personal guaranty. Her son had previously called and lied to me about the family business and assets. When I mentioned this to ******************* she went completely ballistic and started screaming at me, whereupon I hung up. Later she called back and I directed her to make a payment to my client. This complaint is part of a pattern of harassment by the ******* family which also included nasty emails to my website. Unfortunately some debtors think they are free to scream at me and I have to listen to their abuse. Nobody in the ******* family was ever a client of mine.

            Never did I say we were a client of yours. The "emails" your referring to were actually YELP and ****** reviews that were left after your inappropriate behavior on the phone. Not only were you nasty and unprofessional but also heartless after knowing this matter was my husbands who has since passed away and I was not aware of any of his business transactions. When I called you asking for help you dismissed me. How dare you accuse my son of lying. You don't know what your talking about. Your trying to go back 30+ years to a piece of paper that was signed. How many papers have you signed in 30 years? It was a simple ask for help and you turned it into a cursing and screaming match. What lawyer screams at a human being like that? Telling me "I don't need this sh*t". If you were a GOOD lawyer you would have shown so when I needed your help. But instead you were irate over a conversation you had weeks ago with my son. I am not my son. I did not deserve the treatment I received.
