Purchased a speed queen washing machine on December 28, 2018 (3 year manufacturer's warranty). The washer began to malfunction where you would start a wash and it would stop willing filling and the start button blue light would flash and beep. To use you have to reset the machine by unplugging each time. Called True Blue customer care for ********************** **************** for same issue. I have a video of the malfunction. True Blue sent Jersey Appliance ************ on 2/24/21; the problem occurred so they replaced both controls noting the lid lock was good. The same problem occurred called True blue; Jersey Appliance came out for 2nd service call 4/28/21 replaced controls. Same problem persists, never fixed. Called Trueblue with no luck reaching them until early December, 2021. They had another servicing team call to schedule an appt for service Mighty Young's appliance ************ who stated I was out of warranty, which I wasn't and would need to pay for service call. Multiple attempts made to contact True Blue service center; spoke with Manager ***** who stated she would have Jersey Appliance call for another service appt under warranty. Now 1/5/2022 no call, broken washing machine. Thank you
