Chamonix Skin Care Money Back Guarantee
As of July 7, 2016, they will provide a 100% money back guarantee on eligible refundable orders. (Please see eligible refunds policy terms below)
Chamonix will no longer charge a processing fee on refundable orders.
It is their goal to provide an easy, hassle-free customer service experience.
Customers are entitled to a refund or exchange for a FULL 4-month period from the date the original order was placed.
Exchanges will not be accepted after 6 months from the original purchase date.
Please take a moment to review the following terms:
All returns and/or exchanges must be pre-authorized by a Chamonix customer service representative. A RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is obtained by calling our customer service department at 1-800-SKIN-211 (1-800-754-6211) between the hours of 9am- 6pm EST Monday through Friday. A RMA is not needed for an exchange.
All shipping and handling fees (where applicable) are not refundable.
You must return ALL products, USED & UNUSED to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will not be processed without the original products that were purchased.
Any merchandise returned for a refund without a RMA number will not be processed.
Refused and Return to Sender packages are not eligible for a refund without first calling for a RMA number.
RMA numbers expire within 15 days of issuance. Merchandise must be received within 15 days of the date to receive a credit or a refund.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned merchandise.
IMPORTANT: Half price promotions, preferred customer pricing, other special event sales or promotions may have different return policies. Please review carefully.
Preferred Customer: There are no refunds on the Preferred Customer Program, only merchandise exchanges with exception to your first initial sign up order. Once a recurring shipment is sent out, the package is non-refundable and can only be used towards a company credit. Please refer to the Preferred Customer Program terms and conditions for more information.
