I have had this company for years and every time I call for service it’s the same scenario. I tried to get my money back initially and they told me no. I can’t deal with them anymore. The most recent claim I put in on Tuesday, April 2nd still isn’t even addressed. Someone is suppose to contact you within 24hrs. No one did. So I called after that window was up. They sent my claim out to dispatch. They said someone would contact me between 24-48 hours. No one did so I called the company who was supposed to reach out. I set the appointment up for Saturday April 6th between 7am-9am. I received an email from Select Home Warranty hours later that they canceled the appointment. I called the company and they said they were extremely nasty and said they were canceling and gave no reason. I called Select Home Warranty back and they lied and blamed the company. I asked why they canceled and if they could reschedule. They refused to help me and wouldn’t answer any questions. Just like every other time in the past. I just want my money back. They have done absolutely nothing or any services. I have included recent pictures of the confirmation email, the text from the company, the cancellation email and the hour I waited on hold for them to reschedule and answer my questions and they never came back. This is the same scenario every single time I call
