            I still feel victimized by this company. I hired them years ago to clean out, sort out, sell, and donate items in my mother's home, and they charged me $28,000 and threw everything away. I am shocked that they work with Medicaid and are still in business. I feel like she was in cahoots with my realtor on the selling of the home . I filed a complaint with the BBB at the time, so I'm not sure why it's not showing up. Everyday I think of new things that I don't have because these predators basically threw away my mom's life. Now she's passed away and I have nothing. I was truly traumatized by my experience working with her, but because I was under duress at the time and in a hurry to clean out the home for sale so that I could afford to pay for my mother's care, I felt I had no choice at the time. I feel she takes advantage of people in their time of weakness.

            This does not need to be public, it is a sorrowful situation but required a response. We are sorry for the loss of her mother. This project was over 10 years ago. The extreme hoarding required Hazmatt protection to all that entered the property. The amount of; rodents, feces, rotted food etc. - shovels were required to get to the floor. There was a poor dog that we found dead in the home under 7 layers of rugs, the rot, smell, maggots were beyond one's comprehension. Our clients are in a crisis before we get to them. She chose her realtor and we worked with her realtor. It is heart breaking when a child has to care for their parent and then realize their parent can no longer stay independently in their home especially when it is full to the point of unable to walk through safely. We worked diligently to make sure any items salvageable were saved. We hope her sorrow and heart ache can begin to mend. Time does help the memories of the situation to fade and not seem as horrible.

            This woman does nothing but lie. There were no maggots or dead dogs in the house. All pets were accounted for, and I used to sleep at the house on occasion when caring for my mother. The house was walked through often by me and other family members and friends. While not clean, it was not to the extent Ms. Craft is stating. NO items were saved, except those I pulled out myself. There is no way she did $28,000 worth of work. I am only now able to process this victimization as I talk with others in similar positions and spoke with other estate sale companies. Ms. Craft took my childhood memories and three generations of treasures and threw them in the trash. There is absolutely no way EVERY SINGLE ITEM in the house was damaged beyond use. I am seeking advise of an attorney and request the BBB get further involved.
