    PayFlex/Inspira Financial is the administrator for my employers HSA. I have setup payroll deductions to be sent to my HSA with the routing and account provided by PayFlex. The first routing number they gave was attached to ******** as the sponsoring bank. I set up for $346 per pay period to be sent. I check my account in the following weeks and my money is nowhere to be found. The only thing in my account is the $100/month that the health insurance provides as an incentive. I call customer service and after clicking around for 20 minutes I finally get a live person that tells me there is no way to setup pre-tax payroll deductions because PayFlex has no such account and routing number. I ask how is this possible when I log into my account and there is a clear routing and account number shown on my account profile. I get put on hold and the line conveniently disconnects. I wait another week, log back into my account and the routing number is entirely different than the one before! Its now a routing number attached to ******* ***** bank and by now ANOTHER payroll deduction of $346 has been taken from my check and my funds are nowhere to be found. I reach out to an agent for about the fourth or fifth time and find one that finally acknowledges that the accounts have routing and account numbers and that they USED to be associated with ******** and are now associated with ******* *****. She said she put in a research request for further assistance and to expect follow up in 3-5 days. It has been a week and I have heard nothing back and I am still missing $692 from PayFlex.

    I wish I can give payflex no stars. When I signed up for payflex I've never even received an card in 2022 so I honestly forgot all about it until it was time to do the annual enrollment with my job. So I called payflex so they could send me a card. So I got my card in 2023. I finally start using MY MONEY and I get an letter stating that I can't pay an old bill that got billed to me in July 7, 2023 when my account was available July 1, 2023. My card is still deactivated but money is still coming out of my paycheck but it's not getting added to my payflex account. Where is MY MONEY!? On top of that, payflex wants me to pay back MY MONEY which don't make sense because this company have been taking MY MONEY SINCE LAST SUMMER AND STILL IS TIL THIS DAY
