We've been with ideal for years and never had any problems to speak of. Customer service was always great. We are in our '70s and husband is disabled and has dementia., We order between 24 and 30 bottles per month as we have an animal sanctuary and try to provide the animals with the healthy water too. I don't know what happened but all of a sudden about a year ago we began having problems. Someone said they thought they changed hands First, they informed us they would no longer be carrying our bottles up the steps, even though we paid them to do it. Then we had some incidents where they overcharged us, had our account all screwed up Weve always paid promptly the day they deliver. But it seems like they easily get things screwed up and if you don't watch closely you get overcharged We usually order on Wednesday for a Friday delivery and three times now My husband forgot to call in the numbers and instead of just calling us since they had both of our numbers they decided not to deliver the water at all. It's very difficult to go through a weekend with no water, especially with the animals.. I could see this if we were not excellent long term customers who paid on the spot but we have done so all these years and suddenly we're being treated like criminals. This is very disheartening and I think a good healthy dose of competition would solve the problem.
