We have been using Frontier for all of our crawlspace needs since 2011. All of our experiences have been extremely positive. We had our crawlspace dehumidifier/pump serviced today and we could not be more pleased with our technician (Patrick). Not only was he prompt, professional and friendly, but he went out of his way in attempting to track down a pregnant black widow spider he discovered during the process. He was very knowledgeable about the next steps we needed to take to eradicate the spider problem. We have the highest regard for Frontier!

Nick T*****, his assistants Brooks and Danny did an excellent job modifying my installed system. The work required Danny to lengthen the drain in the front yard. He trenching work was done with care so that it did not leave a scar on my lawn. Nick and Brooks modified the drain in the basement to flow better into the sump pumps. They did an excellent job in quick order. Frontier stands behind their work! The system Fronier designed and installed in 2021 has worked beautifully solving a major basement flooding problem in my 1937 house most likely created by the recent installation of a large school parking lot across the street without adequate drainage in the design. Unfortunately, this summer while we were overseas the basement flooded with two feet of water burning out all three pumps. Frontier immediately sent a representative out replacing all three pumps without charge. They later sent their most seasoned engineer out to inspect and try to determine why their system had been overwhelmed. While still a mystery, he nevertheless ordered the modifications, again free of charge. While I will take up the issue of the drainage at the school parking lot with the Tullahoma City Engineer or Attorney it gives me peace of mind to know Frontier Foundation and Crawl Space Repair stands behind their work--they are truly All Things Basementy ,

Adam E***** was extremely professional. He arrived on time, looked at the basement, and we discussed my specific concerns. Adam presented all options available for fixing my waterproofing, including approximate costs and warranties. He walked me through step-by-step and showed me specific diagrams which helped me understand the entire process. He checked on financing, once again including all options. He gave me background information about the company and was quite proud of the 2016 award from BBB. Adam was kind, easy to talk to, very pleasant, asked if I had any questions. I felt confident after reviewing all the information that Frontier could do a quality job and stand behind their work. I believe Adam is honest and hard working and I feel that he and his crew will do their best work. It was my pleasure to meet and talk to Adam E*****. He loves his work and it shows; takes it very seriously. I’m sure Frontier is quite happy to have such a loyal, committed, and intelligent employee who represents your company in such a positive manner.
