            Swim World had always been good to deal with until this year. They know I'm a single mom with little knowledge of a pool and I believe they have purposely taken advantage & scammed me all summer. They first installed the salt system after I called and said I didn't want it due to the expense. I took the honor system and paid for it. It has not worked all year. They would simply come out, take pictures, and say it's working although the pool would be green within days. They had one person tell me I'd need to have my plumbing redone and then came back and said I only needed to spend an additional $590 for a new filter and that would solve my problem. I did that and paid that to and it still isn't any better. They treat me like I'm an idiot, are rude and now haven't responded to my emails since last week. I called on Monday, Sept 27 and they said they would be here today on Sept 28 to remove the salt system and refund my Money that I have paid. They didn't show & won't respond to email.
