I contacted ******* septic in Late January to pump my septic tank. We informed them we did not know where it was and was assured us they would find it or not leave. They arrived at my house on or about Jan 19th and proceed to look for tank lid using a soil probe, but were unsuccessful after 20 minutes or so. The gentleman then said he can send an electronic probe down and they can follow it and scan for the tank, which we agreed to. He then announced he found the tank and started to dig, after a foot or so he stopped and said it was too deep and we needed to get a mini in to dig the lid up. A few days later we contacted another company to bring out a mini. When they arrived we told them where ******* Septic said the tank was and they proceeded to dig. Well after digging, a lot, there was no lid or tank. That company then started to dig in another location and eventually found the lid about 30 ft away, 1 ft deep. In other words, if ******* plumbing did their job correctly we would have never spent $800 on bringing in a mini. ******* plumbing charged us a trip charge and a tank finding fee, a total of 268.00. We contacted ******* Plumbing and told them we think it would be fair to at least get one of those fees back. They said they would send a guy out to look but it took them weeks to agree to this and try to find out when. I filed a dispute will my credit card to help recoup some money, in the meantime, I finally got someone on the phone and they agreed to return the trip charge in the form of a check. I then withdrew my dispute with **** bank thinking we resolved it on our own. After waiting approximately 2 weeks, with no check in the mail. We called them only to find out they blocked our call and would not talk to us. I called the credit card company to initiate another dispute and they informed me they can only open it once, I suspect the office Manager knew this, and very much believe she fooled/defrauded us. Who else are they doing this too!
