    Lawncare vendor: Leaves left by landscape vendor east property line. Called and reported to property manager day of removal. Blew all the leaves and left them on property line and core property around unit. Picked up on the rest of property. Landscape mulch' called and reported to property manager day of insulation of mulch that they had skipped part of unit with mulch. Never returned and finished job.Fall shrub trimming east property line or around unit nothing trimmed when trimming was done.Tree trimming: sent detail of trees around unit and property line and tennis court. To property manager, No trimming around unit or Trees on property line. ' Submitted with detail' Trash surround repair: ******* post rotten condition. Painted over rotten post and didn't replace post. ******* vendors installed 300 ft. of underground cable didn't flag irrigation wiring. Unit irrigation didn't work until September and only worked 2 times a week instead of previous 3 times a week. Sent Documentation to property manager of measurements and digging. ****************** reported to property manager a utility company had destroyed the wiring made several repairs and stopped (Info from property manager). All irrigation is not functional on property. Property manager will acknowledge information but will not follow up.

    This place is an absolute joke. I have had numerous problems. I am so thankful that I’m moving soon and won’t have to deal with the circus they call HND. It’s obvious to me that they ditched the old website portal (because I couldn’t login). Went to ****** and typed in a search of HND login to find they had a new website. My interest was peaked when they sent me a letter saying I had been turned over to collections for two missed payments. I thought that was weird because my auto pay was good for another 4 months. It seems that my auto pay was canceled with the new site. Never received a heads up email or anything. Just a letter and a shock that I’m in collections. Not shocked at the situation though. The company has been nothing but a headache since we have had the unfortunate pleasure of them being our management company. BBB will be so proud.

The decision to upgrade our software and portal was made to enhance the user experience, and provide a more efficient platform for our valued clients’/owners like *** *****. We believe that this change will ultimately benefit everyone in the long run. We would like to assure you that our team has been working diligently to ensure a smooth transition. We have conducted extensive testing and training sessions to minimize any potential disruptions during this process. Our dedicated support team is also available to assist you with any issues or questions you may have. This new system also allows us to provide tracking of email communications to all homeowners. *** ***** was emailed on 8/1/23 about the new portal login. This message was sent, delivered, and opened on that same day. Further on 10/27/23 a portal password reset was sent, delivered and opened on that same day. Thank you for your understanding and any misunderstandings during this transition period. We value our owners and look forward to serving you better with our upgraded software and portal.
