I have been without air conditioning for a good part of last summer and for most of this summer. Going to management for the past month or so has been fruitless. The maintenance guy told me over a month ago that he had to order a new AC unit for my apartment. I waited for at least three weeks to really complain to the manager and I was just told to be patient. The maintenance guy said as soon as the unit gets here he would replace it. I was told this morning that they had received the unit but they had to get the go ahead from the manager to install it. The regional manager called me this afternoon and was extremely rude and said nothing empathetic just said that there’s no official person here to install it. Not I’m sorry you’ve had to wait so long or we’ll have it fixed as soon as possible. Just got snippy with me and made me sound unreasonable for telling them that I have had to wait too long for it to get fixed. This company is extremely rude about how they treat their best customers. I pay rent every month on time and I have never once been complained about in my almost three years here. So here I sit after barely having a working ac all summer with the flu and a high fever and was told by a regional manager that i just needed to wait longer.Review from Jessie B

We have lived at Windover for right at ten years now. The office staff here responds quickly and repairs are completed in a timely manner as well. The property itself is very dated. Our rent goes up more and more each year with only minimal upgrades to individual units. I also find it disturbing this company uses ******** to set its "market rates" There are so many other companies out there. Why use one that is currently being investigated and being sued? The corporate office can also respond to me about no more incentives for loyalty. When we first moved here there were yearly concessions given, but those are gone now. We like where we live and it's staff and location, but clearly by seeing the other reviews you need to work on your customer service:)Review from DeArica S

Villas of Kelly Spring, Huntsville AL 35806 When we ( My sister & I ) first moved in we complained about bug entering through the windows, A maintenance request was put in & instead of them fixing the issues they sealed our windows with gray duct tape. We still renewed our lease, in return we were promised a ceiling fan be placed in the 1st bedroom, a new dishwasher, & new toilet seats. This was in March 2023 & it now October 2023 & still nothing has been completed. Each month i request pest control no one has every came. Last week, i found 3 black widows, i informed the Office manager Donna, she said pest control would be there Tuesday 10/3/23. Looked at my cameras no one ever came. I feel that my daughter , sister & myself, safety & health is in jeopardy. We have been trying to in contact with the reginal manager for 2 weeks now in regards to our concerns. Good luck getting anywhere with these people. Property management is only available when they want to be you can email and call and call then they'll swear they've tried calling you which they don't they just try to cover their asses. My daughters window was shot out and we literally wait a week 7whole days, 3of which it stormed, for property manager to even acknowledge the incident even though police report was filed I left a voicemail and emailed to inform of what happened and everything. The only time they will communicate with you I'd if you're late with rent there are so many drugs and so much crime at these properties its not even funny. I've been here at there property almost a year unfortunately a d have never met the property manager. I have no clue what she looks like she doesn't return my calls I tried asking to move to another property since my daughter now feels unsafe and I lost my job so I don't income qualify where I am but no call back no email back this place is literally a crumbling jokeFreeman Webb Company, Realtors Response

My 65 y/o mother called and told the ****** Apt ( Freeman and Webb owned) mgr that she was moving in 60 days when she was sent a new lease agreement. No one told her that she had to put it in writing. She is 65 y/o and thought that was the process. She told them again when she received another lease reminder at 30 days. She moved out after her lease was up. My 18y/o son leased it with her and I co-signed for them, We found out that it was reported to a collection agency, We have called the number listed on our credit report and haven't been able to reach anyone. Acct# **********, The apt complex has now been sold. We need this removed off our reports. My mother did what she was supposed to do. She should've been instructed to give a written notice when she called and spoke with the apt mgr,Review from Preston

Absolutely terrible. I live in the Roosevelt Apartments. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Everyone of my neighbors at some point have been loud past 12am on a week day. I was just cussed at by a maintenance man they hired 3rd party while working from home. Complete lack of respect. I could go on and on about this place.Freeman Webb Company, Realtors Response

I will attempt to call later. I haven't received any calls from you. In the mean time if you'd like to email me. That is a big part of the issue as well. Your manager you placed in there doesn't care about anyone or their concerns. All the good people are moving out because it's gotten so ridiculous. My neighbor and I got a notice on our door for a stray cat hanging around our doors, or random things like patio umbrellas. Everyone's balcony are empty now. There's no life left. And granted I understand that there could be "ugly" decor however there's still trash and cigarettes butts everywhere. The parking lot is disgusting. And from residents eyes it seems they pick randomly who gets upgrades. It took them months to replace my lock when I told them it was broken when your company first bought it and then the lock got jammed and I missed two hours of work because of it because your manager decided to close the office for two hours. Also I do want to make a huge complaint about that, the office manager never wore a mask even when it was mandatory.
