I have used Turf Master's for about 6 years. In 2021 my lawn started getting wild violets, a weed Turf Master's apparently doesn't control. I complained to the main office and then was referred to the local office. See below.

This is Mark with Turf Master Lawn Care I'm one of the Filed Managers here in the Spring Hill Office. I wanted to reach out about the weed pictures you sent in. I know that you are concerned and understandably, especially having to pay for a lawn service that is supposed to take care of things like that. I wish I could give you the answer that you want but unfortunately the weed is called a wild violet. It is very hard to kill. as it's structure of leaf is very waxy and doesn't uptake herbicides will as our treatments may cause it damage but will not kill it. The only options are to spray them with round-up and or pull them out by hand. Both of theses methods are something you can do but both will also take time and patients. I sorry for the inconvenience but I assure you no other company can kill them either as it's just that hearty of a weed. If they tell you they can it's a fictitious tale to get your business. I can ride by and look at your property and give you pointers to help take care of them based on the layout of your lawn but again I'm sorry that's about all we can do from our end. Turf Masters did give me one free treatment and then I cancelled their service. My question to everyone reading this is, where did the weed come from? Did Turf Masters really treat my lawn for weed control? I do not recommend.

Our Branch Manager, Brook B******* has made several attempts to reach out to Ms.********* this week to discuss and address her lawn concerns. Our goal is to discuss and satisfy her concerns regarding Wild Violets or any other concern regarding the lawn. Wild Violet is a weed that has a very waxy leaf surface and very difficult to control because of this. Weed control is part of our program and continued control is necessary again because weeds seeds are in the soil and do blow in from other areas. If Turf Masters was concerned about keeping my business they had months to do it, and I have the emails back and forth.
