It's almost impossible to effect a policy change. Prepare to waste hour after hour as they send you in circles and the neither the chat, app, nor website work.The General Insurance Response

The General is by far the worst insurance company I ever had. I guess you get what you pay for. If you want to be in good hands you better go with ********* Or like a good a good neighbor ***** **** is there. The customer service is terrible from the general . I was involved in an accident. The general did not do a investigation of their on. The general just went off the police report. The claim adjuster was very lazy and everyone passed the buck. The supervisor does not return your call in a timely manner. On several occasions I’m trying to plead my case to my insurance company The General because the proof is in the picture. I guess since the day one insurance adjuster messed up they had to follow suit and cover themselves. SMH Lesson Learned. pay the higher rate to for sure great service.The General Insurance Response

So far the best insurance I have ever gotten, the agent was knowledgeable and tried to help but when I tried to ask why I had to make 2 payments in 1 month, he told me to call an 800 number on the Monday and they would be able to change my second payment to the next month. When I called the Monday, that was not a fact because although I asked to speak with a Manager, I was told that no question, I have to make the 2 payments the same month although I couldn't afford it. That's what's happening to people who does not have money. I'm so disappointed. I believe Shaqille O**** would be disappointed also!!!The General Insurance Response

The general caused me additional money for car rental. They kept denying the parts that I needed and I feel they should reimburse me cause the General kept denying them (*****) to order my parts they caused unnecessary stress… there wasn’t a **** thing wrong with until it got hit!!! I am NOT A HAPPY CAMPER RIGHT NOW!!!!The General Insurance Response
