This is HORRIBLE- THE WAY THAT I HAVE BEEN TREATED - I am on the VERGE OF COMMITTING SUICIDE- this company had me email my FATHER'S obituary to them every single day for "5" days- MY FATHER DIED 6 months ago to COVVID- I am BIPOLAR and I told them please, I can't have any upsets like that. Please please please STOP 🛑 making me send my Fathers Obituary every single day- it took me back into a depression- where I have to be on XANAX- Then after sending the information that they NEEDED- The information they asked me for after they said you went past the august 3rd date- to send documentation/ when I received the phone call from them august 7th- never giving me time. They are saying I OWE- 41.00 - I give this company the last that I have to MY NAME- just to make sure I am INSURED. My monthly payment is 131.00'they are telling me I owe 41.00- which is 162.37- Bc the documentation's arrived late- when they called me LATE. They are torturing me - I CAN'T take it ANYMORE- I am in a FINANCIAL CRISIS BOTH OF MY PARENTS ARE DEAD- my DAD HELPED ME- I only have 25.00$ to MY NAME- and they are telling me I am sorry, but you have to pay or your policy will be cancelled by MIDNIGHT- I said PLEASE HELP ME. I need NEED MY CAR INSURANCE- They don't care about my life and the financial burden that I'm going through just to send the 131.00 this is the 2nd month they have called me- they have no EMPATHY- this billion dollar company that I send my last dollar too. Jesus knows how hard it was for me to get this insurance and I have paid on TIME! I'm always here to answer my phone and do whatever is needed to ensure that my insurance is paid on time. I have PTSD now every time they call me- I'm sooo hurt. I had to take Xanax every morning when they kept requesting me to send my dad's OBITUARY! Shame on them! Shame on this company for not having any morals We are all in this pandemic! The world can end tomorrow - the ceo or workers can bump into me and need my help- don't forget about the heaveb, while possessing earthly things that don't last FOREVER- You will always need God and a human when the world comes to an end- I want them to all remember what they DID TO ME- what they TOOK FROM ME- I begged them to help me. I have NOTHING It's soooo SAD. The way they treated me- hurtful. I'll never forget this
