              We recently moved to the area and were without power for weeks. We reached out to Ronnie and he sent two technicians out to see the problem and they said they'd be back early next week. Instead, Ronnie and his technicians never showed up, would not return calls or text, and Ronnie went so far as to tell our landlord he would get back with us but again refused to call or return calls or text. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service

              After looking at the work the customer wanted performed, the Electrician informed the customer through text message on 3/21/2022, that we did not feel comfortable doing the work the he requested, due to it being against the current electrical codes. We can however set a meeting up with the State Inspector to come on site and look at the work that you are wanting performed.

              We are sorry for the misunderstanding. We were out of town and relied on our electrician to follow up. We have been in business for 24 years and have been a member of the BBB for the same amount of time and pride ourself in taking care of our customers. The complainant had another electrician out at the property and we did not feel comfortable taking on another's electrician's work and as stated before our electrician did text and declined the job for previously stated reasons. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
